Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My love for nails started when I was a toddler, always playing with nail polish and fascinated by press-on nails—little did I know this childhood hobby would turn into my profession years later. At 14, during the COVID-19 pandemic when nail salons were closed, I began practicing nail art tirelessly on myself and my family. In June 2020, I took on my first paying client, and from there, my clientele grew steadily. Over the past four years, even as a teenager, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of celebrity clients, including rappers, youtubers, Olympians, and more. Many would say I’m not your average entrepreneur, balancing high school and growing a successful business, but I managed to graduate with a 3.8 GPA on the principal’s honor roll. Now, at 19, still growing within the industry, I’m working on some major projects for the expansion of Clawz By Dior—stay tuned for something really big.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Overall, my journey has been relatively smooth, and I’m thankful that I haven’t faced many negative experiences. However, one of the challenges I regularly dealt with was late-night service requests from high-profile clients, even though I had to be up early for school the next morning. As a young celebrity nail artist, I often made sacrifices like these out of my passion for the craft.

I am a dedicated and skilled nail technician with four years of professional experience, specializing in nail art and extensions such as Gel X and acrylic. Clawz By Dior has quickly become a well-known name in the nail industry, earning recognition as the Los Angeles Nail Tech and Prodigy. With over 100k followers on Instagram, my journey has inspired entrepreneurs of all ages. As cliché as it may sound, I’m most proud of how far I’ve come in such a short time. People twice my age often reach out, asking how I perfected my craft so quickly and at such a young age, eager to learn from my experience. Honestly, I’m not entirely sure myself. I offer courses and one-on-one classes to people of all ages, helping them perfect their nail art skills and learn effective marketing strategies that have proven successful for me. What truly sets me apart is my versatility—I can successfully execute any design my clients envision. While many nail artists focus on a specific style, I pride myself on being able to bring any idea and style to life.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My mom has been an incredible part of my journey to success. Despite working two jobs, she never hesitated to drive me to late-night house call appointments, always supporting my dreams. She’s been my biggest promoter, whether sharing my work on social media or telling my story to anyone she meets. Her unwavering belief in me has been a constant source of strength, and I’m deeply grateful for everything she’s done. Everything from responding to emails to setting up business meetings, I can’t imagine continuing my career without her by my side, cheering me on every step of the way.
