Today we’d like to introduce you to Marius Feder.
Hi Marius, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I have started my career in music as an artist in 2004 in Romania where I also hosted a Tv Show at a national television. In 2009 I moved to the United States to pursue my career as a music producer and collaborated with many artists like Hozier, Rich Brian, EarthGang, JJ Lin, Warren Hue, Seori, Ameer Vann, Jackson Wang, Scarlxrd, Joji, Tanna Leone, and many more. I am also a part of the music album for the movie Shang Chi and the legend of the ten rings and scoring the official trailer of the same movie. I recently participated in the scoring of the movie You People, a Netflix Original comedy.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were definitely ups and downs along the way, moving here from a different country made it a little challenging but I love what I do and I always believed in myself. I think having a target made is easier and being grateful for every achievement kept me going.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a music producer and singer/songwriter. I am a self-taught musician. I play guitar, piano, harmonica and bass. I produce music and develop artists. I’m proud of being part of projects I dreamed of being part of like The movie Shang Chi where I worked on 3 of the songs on the album and participated in the scoring of the official trailer. I think what sets me apart from others is the fact that I can write, sing, produce, record, play instruments, mix and master music all on my own. I love working with other musicians and producers as well.
