Today we’d like to introduce you to Luis Avalos.
Hi Luis, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Growing up, I always knew I had this passion for music, I feel like it all began when I taught myself how to play the guitar in middle school. Then from guitar, I would learn how to play the drums and bass guitar. Now I’m shifting over to learning how to play the piano with my upcoming producing career! I’ve always liked hip-hop and now it feels amazing that I’m being a part of it!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Throughout my life, I can say I have been through more than the average person. I grew up with three sisters, one brother and one parent. Money was always a problem since my mom was all we had which made it hard to fund my passion for music. But now that I’m older and have a source of income, I’m proudly getting closer to fulfilling my dream of being a top and upcoming producer!!

Everyday at 4am, I wake up and commute to my job at the shipyard. My responsibilities consist of pulling and hooking up electrical cables throughout navy vessels.
What does success mean to you?
To me, success is an accomplishment that is granted once you’ve put in all your blood, sweat and tears into something you truly believe in!
