Today we’d like to introduce you to Leeor Alexandra.
Leeor, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Since I was a child, I was always a really mystical little being – channeling information from other worlds and convening with the elements (the wind was my first friend, it’s a weird thing to say but I always share this story during interviews and its strange how many psychics have this in common).
At 14 years old, I came across the book “The Law of Attraction, The Teachings of Abraham” by Esther and Jerry Hicks. This deepened my spiritual journey as I learned about the world of manifesting and the Law of Attraction. Fifteen years later, I have become a spiritual and personal development teacher that dabbles in the esoterics of manifesting and magic!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe that when you find your path – the reason why you came to this world – the challenges are really just initiations and things that shape you into becoming a person who is worthy of everything it is that you want. Of course, there have been challenges – a lot of them self-inflicted. I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was 12 or 13 years old, and though spirituality is what saved me, healing is never linear. I still have months at a time where I really have to work hard to pull myself up from dark places…but like I was saying, spirituality saved me. It gave me the tools to see that what I go through is happening for a reason and that I can change my reality through certain perspective changes. It’s saved my lifetime and time again.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am known for Law of Attraction and affirmations on YouTube. I believe what sets me from others is that I have never, not once, seen myself as more advanced or better than anyone who teaches what I teach, and anyone who learns from my videos. The entire way, my channel has been a way for me to share what I learn and what works and helps FOR ME, in the hopes that it helps others in their journey.
I am most proud of the philanthropic work that I do with my community, with our annual fundraisers.
When it comes to myself, I am really proud of my ability to get people together in ceremony and to dip out from under the mundane and into the sacred. I believe that is my number one reason for being in the position that I am in – to create experiences that bring people outside of the ordinary, and I love what I do SO much.
We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
A couple of years into teaching the Law of Attraction, I came up against an interesting philosophic dilemma: manifestation and awakening might not necessarily go hand in hand. I realized that a lot of what manifesting is bringing the spiritual into the physical, while enlightenment is leaving behind the physical and ascending into the spiritual. This shook me quite a bit when it was happening and I had to re-orientate myself and my work to better suit my expanded perspective of spirituality. Now, in 2022, I see that when one awakens and pursues enlightenment, the physical world becomes like a game for them to play around with, and to share their love in. I learned that manifesting and awakening can cohabitate in a spiritual journey as long as there is not an increased focus on attaining more and more material.
