Conversations with Ju!ian

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ju!ian.

Ju!ian

Hi Ju!ian, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Ever since I was younger, my parents have encouraged my expression when it comes to the arts. Growing up, I’ve always loved to perform and create music. The first time I was put on a stage was by Lynn Schwimmer, my middle school theatre instructor, and I’ve been acting ever since. Now, I’m an independent recording artist releasing music, and I’m honored to be able to express myself in any form of artistic abilities. Being able to express my passion to entertain and influence others through acting and making music is a huge accomplishment for me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’d be lying if I told you there were no struggles throughout my career so far. There’s a lot stopping you, mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s so easy to be work alongside others who want to take credit and put you down in the entertainment industry. The important part is to surround yourself with people who support you and most importantly to keep yourself centered. If you are passionate about what you do, the world is yours.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Accomplishments I’m most proud of is my discography, my nominations for best actor in various acting performances in the Coachella Valley, having the title of Vice President of the Motion Picture Club for my college campus and finally making my family proud. They’re the ones who constantly support me and I owe it to them.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Something I value when it comes to characteristics is being welcoming and inviting to others. I don’t find it to be ideal to shut others out simply because someone has put themselves on a pedestal. Just be kind! We’re all wanting to sit at the same table, and you’re not going to get there pulling chairs from under other people.
