Conversations with Elizabeth Morales

Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth Morales.

Hi Elizabeth, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a full time social media manager and content creator. I’ve been working professionally in the social media world since 2018, but have been very online since Myspace days.

I started taking content creation and focusing on my personal social media accounts more seriously after moving to Los Angeles in 2023. I create beauty and fashion content daily on Instagram, TikTok, and Lemon8. When I moved here I didn’t know many people, so building my online community became an important way for me to make friends in a new city.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Juggling a full time job with content creation is never easy. Learning how to best manage my time and making lots of lists has been instrumental in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I love everything about social media — specifically short form video. I create beauty and fashion videos posting daily on TikTok, Instagram, and Lemon8.

I’m proud to have worked with many brands including: Gucci Beauty, Armani Beauty, Skims, Princess Polly, K18, and NYX Cosmetics.

I’ve also worked with many Korean beauty brands like: Medicube, Beauty of Joseon, Skin1004, and Anua.

I’ve had the privilege of attending New York Fashion week for five seasons, creating social content for my personal accounts as well as multiple publishers like Business Insider and PureWow.

I’m proud of the community I’ve built across social media and the friends that I’ve made along the way.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Message everyone! I’ve connected with many social media colleagues just scrolling through LinkedIn and sending cold messages.

I regularly comment on TikToks of people who have similar interests and live in Los Angeles to make friends.
