Today we’d like to introduce you to Edith Quintanilla

Hi Edith, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I start it as an employee at a dry cleaners which I spent 12 years of my life learning and perfecting my job which in turn helped me to decide to create my own dry cleaning business. Another idea dance in my mind about expanding my business and upholstery became my second passion and I was committed to learn all about this business to provide these services to all my existing clients in the dry clean business. Upholstery open many doors too many other services such as; aviation upholstery, marine upholstery, private upholstery, and commercial upholstery.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Some of the struggles I’ve had to face were: mentorship , finding reliable employees, reaching a satisfactory understanding between myself and my clients.

I’m a small business owner, I specialize in the dry clean business and upholstery. I’m known for my commitment of giving my customers a top of the line product along with an honest and friendly service. I’m proud of sharing my views of what would be the best avenue for my customers and having them participate every step of the way with the finishing touches. I believe what sets me apart from others my pasión to provide quality service for all my clients and a job well done.

How do you define success?
I define success in enjoying what I do and not seeing limitations and using obstacles as stepping stones to my next creation.
