Today we’d like to introduce you to Arizona Reggie.
Hi Arizona, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started off as an artist myself, and one day I met Rayvaughn and decided his talent and abilities was something I had never seen before, so I decided to help him get to where I ultimately wanted to be, signed to a major label in the music industry, but just on the management side of things. Learning that this was all possible has led me to help others see the possibilities for themselves and motivate them to believe in themselves!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Outside looking in it always looks smooth because usually we just post the wins and rarely discuss the losses, but unfortunately, we have had many lows that led to us appreciating every win and blessing we have received over the last five years…. From losing friends and family members to death, jealousy and greed to being lied to and scammed for money, we have definitely seen our share of struggles along the way.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My work persay is a mixture of being a professional manager, an A&R, a writer, a videographer, an executive producer, a promoter, an influencer, and a dot connector… I specifically specialize in seeing and understanding who n what is missing for a specific person or situation and linking those missing pieces of the puzzle to make it a whole successful situation. I’m most proud of my friend my brother my artist Rayvaughn, as he was able to see my vision and believe in me to the fullest, and the end result was getting him signed and seeing just how far we both have come from not knowing and assuming, to understanding exactly what everything is at the highest level of the music industry. I believe my personality and work ethic separates me from my peers, I’m just one of one with no fear of failure, and I don’t think anything is impossible anymore, and time is precious so I try and make every day and opportunity count, even when nobody else can understand or see how it can b used later down the line…
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
I learned that always prepare for the worst in life and make sure you have a backup plan in place if the world shuts down or for example if the internet stops working… I’m lucky enough to be of that age where I lived n experienced both, so I know how to adapt to real-life situations when others might need help, I’m there to lead…
