Hi ALICIA, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

I’m a Residential Realtor bringing nearly a decade of experience to The Agency’s Beverly Hills office, representing buyers and sellers across the Westside, Silicon Beach, and South Bay. With a track record of selling over 125 homes, I blend my deep market knowledge with a calm, strategic approach that puts clients at ease during even the most high-stakes transactions.

Originally from the Bay Area, I studied Professional Sales & Marketing at Sonoma State University before making Los Angeles home. As a Silicon Beach local myself, I offer firsthand insight into the lifestyle and neighborhoods I serve. I’m best known for my strong agent relationships, systemized process, and meticulous attention to detail, allowing my clients to navigate through the real estate transaction with confidence — and enjoy a touch of fun & laughter along the way.

When I’m not negotiating deals, you’ll find me enjoying the beach in Manhattan Beach, hosting my Marina del Rey networking group Silicon Beach Locals, or filming episodes of my YouTube series, Rosé & Real Estate, where I share expert insights and market updates.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

Real estate is a very competitive industry, especially in the Los Angeles market as one could imagine. I initially moved to Los Angeles in 2017 from the Bay Area, so the main challenge I initially encountered in the beginning of my career was building a business from scratch. I didn’t know anyone in the neighborhood, while others had the competitive advantage that they were LA natives or had decades of experience.

Through a lot of hard work & consistency, I was able to grow my business throughout the years and attract the clientele looking to utilize my services. Then the next challenge once my business started to blossom, was developing systems to maintain my clientele & repeat referrals to cultivate the growth of my business for the years to come.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?

I have the pleasure of working as a Residential Realtor with The Agency in Beverly Hills. My role consists of advising buyers and sellers on their real estate goals, focusing primarily on the Westside, Silicon Beach, & South Bay neighborhoods of Los Angeles. My daily schedule can range from touring properties, to preparing my listings for the  market, to hosting open houses, to endlessly reviewing contracts & ensuring I negotiate the best terms for my clients. Everyday is different as the industry is continuously evolving, which keeps my  job exciting & fun!

What are your plans for the future?

My future plans are to continue to evolve within the real estate industry and eventually grow my business to $1B in sales volume within the next decade.
