Today we’re excited to be connecting with Adam Pedicini again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Adam, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
Well, my name is Adam, and I’ve been part of the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. Originally from Australia, I started my journey in the performing arts as a professional dancer. Today, I live in Utah, where I devote my time to being a father and husband, as well as helping middle-aged men unlock their true physical potential.
My approach is all about authenticity and connection. I believe in pursuing fitness in a way that aligns with what genuinely makes you happy, rather than conforming to societal expectations or being defined by your job. For me, this journey has included ultra running, tackling distances of over 200 miles, and constantly discovering new aspects of what I’m capable of.
I’ve faced my share of challenges, but the most rewarding part of my journey has been living a life that truly brings me joy without compromising my values for social standards. My focus is on helping others do the same—finding fulfillment through adventure and personal growth.
Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Covid was such a pivotal time for all of us, and it was the reason why we moved from LA to Utah. I had landed my dream job working as an on-screen talent for a fitness company, which felt like the perfect blend of my performing arts background and my passion for fitness. It was a role that allowed me to express myself and help others enjoy their fitness journey. However, when Covid ended and the job went away, I felt disheartened and lost, especially since we had moved to Logan, Utah—a place I had never heard of before, far from the bustling cities of LA, London, Sydney, or Melbourne where I had spent most of my life.
Amid the sadness and confusion of what to do next, I focused on the things that made me happy. I love being a leader and helping people discover what they are capable of. I thrive in the outdoors, experiencing the magic that comes with exploring new places and the feeling of isolation that brings clarity. Connecting deeply with others and engaging in authentic conversations has always been important to me.
Now, I am in a location and a spot in my life that allows me to share these practices with other men. My motto is, “Adventurism isn’t just what you do; it’s how you think.” I truly believe that an adventurous mind is the key to living a fulfilling and unique life.
