Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Popova.
Kristina, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started traveling six years ago and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!
Traveled a lot, just experiencing life, networking, learning and trying new things.
Then, two years ago, I decided that I want to get back to my artistic side and give it a real try.
Now, I wake up every morning and everything I do is something I love doing… and making money with it.
To me… this is true happiness.
I’ve been through a lot, but all of it happens for a reason! There is a lesson to be learned and experiences that will only make you stronger!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
A lot has happened, good and bad.
For example:
– I got robbed 8 times + 3 car accidents (not my fault) in one year.
– People have tried to put drugs in my drinks.
– Went into a surgery couple of years ago, because of stress. I had a 7.5cm cyst next to one of my ovaries. Apparently, it kept growing, because of stress and it was about to kill my ovary.
And those are only a few of the obstacles that I have been through.
Any advice for other women, particularly young women who are just starting their journey?
My advice to anyone out there, especially women would be…
Never stop fighting! Never give up! Learn from all of it, brush it off and move on!
Never limit yourself!
Life is beautiful, but not easy.
You have to work hard for everything that truly matters and there is nothing wrong with that!
Just stay positive and react to the situation not with emotions, but with being calm and looking for a solution.
The moment you get into that habit, it will become easier and easier.
Please tell us more about what you do, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I currently study acting, online marketing, and trading stocks. I educate myself.
I do paid photoshoots; radio voice jobs; bartending on festivals (so much fun); I sing and dance; doing martial arts.
I’m known as a person of skills.
Love learning and trying new things, so I never limit myself doing just one thing.
I also hate 9-5 jobs!
I’m born to be my own boss, not to work for others. So every day, I’m moving closer to financial freedom and a better life.
Wake up, be positive, set goals and work hard to accomplish them.
For good reason, society often focuses more on the problems rather than the opportunities that exist, because the problems need to be solved. However, we’d probably also benefit from looking for and recognizing the opportunities that women are better positioned to capitalize on. Have you discovered such opportunities?
I believe that women can absolutely do anything they want these days!
Opportunities are everywhere, you just need to find your niche and go get it!
