Conversations with Diana Levy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Levy.

Hi Diana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Well, I was born in Caracas, Venezuela moved to Florida (Miami) when I was 12. I had a lot of families out there because of my mom’s side, it was a very hard transition for me, leaving my life, my friends, my dad and brother… and then coming to the states having to learn a new language and a new everything… but it was definitely worth it looking back on it now. I’ve been working since I was 15 years old, first job was at McDonald’s. Then had many others even getting to work with a lot of artist and big names in the industry when acting, doing music videos… when I was 18, I left my moms house (not by choice) and had to venture out in the world, thankfully I was already very independent, even when I lived at home I had to pay for rent, not a good relationship with my mother… I had a LOT of things I needed to heal, I had my grandma as a mother figure and she was and still is my best friend to this day. She taught me a lot about spirituality. I always had a very strong connection to that world, spirits, magic, natural remedies, the love for plants and animals, pachamama, etc., everything in my life led me to heal, to understand my power, my heart. Being humble, giving back, the power of love.

It’s taken me a lot of trials and errors, therapies and even more uncomfortable moments (specially when doing medicines like ayahuasca, San Pedro, kambo, bufo, etc… which have been part of my healing process…) a lot to get here resumed in this paragraph. Today I am 31 years old. I love what I do, I am a reiki practitioner, healer, energy worker, spiritist, etc… however you want to call it, lol and I can finally say I’m at peace with who I am. I love myself, I respect myself, I honor myself. and I share that with others. and the best part of my life is being able to put smiles on people’s faces, help them heal, help them liberate themselves from everything we carry as humans, guilt, resentment, hate, etc…. see how special we truly all are. and the real power of GOD which is the source of it all. and to me thats the real “Success’ doing things from the heart, being a good person, and taking care of your body, your mind and most importantly the spirit. We are more than a physical body, we are souls, emotional beings. This is my purpose in life and I guess what ‘makes me who I am’ 😀

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road, the usual ‘human experiences, sexual abuse, mental and physical abuse, childhood traumas, broken heart, victim of lies, etc… But you know what? For me, everything has been worth it. Everything that I’ve been through in life has led me to where I am today. and I am very grateful for that. For the lessons and just being able to enjoy this lifetime with everything that comes with the good and the bad.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Well, I’ve had many jobs in my life, and I work with many things. But what I do, that is my passion and main “job” is Energy healer. Hypnotherapist, medicine woman, spiritst, motivator, etc. I guess it can be resumed as healer…? I help people heal from within, learn to leave with their demons, open their hearts, find their true purpose…

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
