Today we’d like to introduce you to Trisha Perez
Hi Trisha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
From government systems to soulful entrepreneurship, I get to bridge the practical with the mystical. An expert in progressive technologies, entrepreneurial ventures, holistic healing arts, womb wisdom & pelvic care, and conscious wealth activation, she guides visionary women to embody feminine power, awaken intuitive wisdom, and create abundant lives.
I am a multi-passionate creator and visionary, blending innovation, intuition, and impact.
A pivotal experience to ignite my healing journey to radical change happened in March 2017, when I went through a stillbirth. Losing a baby at 24-weeks pregnancy completely demolished that version of the life I had created and built – wife, multi-hyphenated entrepreneur, government employee, and the list goes on and on. From that moment, I chose to uproot and re-examine everything, everyone in my life.
It was a death of an old identity and rebirth of a new woman.
Over time, I rediscovered my soul quest of holistic wellness and creative expression, with a deep focus on cultivating connection and transformation. Some of those personal ritual practices to support my journey are meditation, stillness, nature, journaling, intentional movement, and other methods. Through my holistic womb, energy, and death care business, I am creating a space for deep healing, empowerment, and reconnection with the body’s wisdom. My work also integrates sound and voice energy practices, using vibration and frequency as tools for alignment and self-discovery.
I am also inspired by the power of technology and systems like Human Design and Gene Keys to illuminate purpose and potential, and I merge these with modern innovations like AI, crypto, web3, and other data science technologies to explore new dimensions of metamorphosis and connection in the digital age.
Being a lifelong creative, I channel my love of singing, dancing, and writing into my work, balancing strategy with flow and intellect with intuition. Public speaking and communication allow me to share my story and connect with others, sparking conversations that matter.
As a conscious entrepreneur, I am driven by the excitement of building and scaling ideas that have the potential to shift paradigms and create lasting change. I enjoy helping dreams come true for myself and others. Some of those ventures were co-founding and co-owning Pho Show Restaurant, 310 Coffee Company, Genever Bar, and other businesses.
Ultimately, I am cultivating a life and enterprise ecosystem that blends innovation, creativity, and heart, offering tools and spaces for people to thrive, heal, and step into their fullest expression.
All this, so we can create heaven on earth… together.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road following my stillbirth in 2017 was anything but smooth. That profound loss became the catalyst for a complete unraveling of the life I had estabished.
The grief created an insurmountable chasm in my marriage. My spouse and I processed our pain differently, and rather than bringing us together, our shared tragedy drove us apart. Eventually, we made the difficult decision to divorce.
During this period of intense emotional turmoil, I found I needed a profound change in other parts of my life, which then led me to pivot away from all my my businesses. The entrepreneurial drive that had previously defined me dissolved as I struggled with depression and a sense of purposelessness. Over time, I made the painful decision to exit out of all my ventures.
I essentially had to start over from scratch – emotionally, personally, and professionally. This meant deconstructing and reconstructing my identity, finding new purpose, and slowly creating a new vision for my future when everything familiar had been stripped away.
The journey involved different healing modalities, building new support systems, and gradually rediscovering my strengths. While I would never choose this path, navigating through this darkness ultimately led to unexpected resilience and a deeper understanding of what truly matters to me.
As you know, we’re big fans of Talaya Guides. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Talaya Guides, a blend of ‘Tala’ (bright star) and ‘Malaya’ (freedom), was born from my deepest desire for light and freedom during the darkest nights of my soul. It symbolizes the journey towards enlightenment and liberation, guiding you to your brightest and most liberated self.
My mission is to create heaven on earth by luxuriating health and wellness, especially womb and pelvic care for high-level women, because a well fed and well rested woman can lead the world with more empowerment, peace, and freedom.
My vision is to guide you back to wholeness, to your truest and highest self, walking with you to live a life of peace, prosperity, presence, pleasure, power, and passion.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
There’s one thing that’s been essential to my healing journey that I’d like to share: finding meaning doesn’t mean making sense of the senseless.
After my stillbirth and everything that followed, well-meaning people often suggested, sometimes pushed, I needed to find the “reason” for my loss. The truth is, some experiences defy explanation.
What helped most wasn’t searching for why this happened, but rather choosing how I would carry this experience forward. I found small (and big) ways to honor my child’s memory while creating a new life that acknowledges both my loss and my capacity for joy.
If you’re going through something similar, please know there’s no timeline for grief and no single “right way” to heal.
Be gentle with your heart, yourself. Call on your tribe. Seek professional support if possible. Connect with others who understand your specific type of loss when you’re ready.
Remember that rebuilding doesn’t mean forgetting. Your past shapes you but doesn’t define your future. There will be days when the weight feels unbearable, and I promise there will also be moments of unexpected light that remind you of your resilience.
Today, I am now living the life of that life, and you can too.
May you all receive the love, abundance, and grace you need, desire, and deserve.
