Today we’d like to introduce you to Thalia Gonzalez
Hi Thalia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My journey has been quite challenging and yet astonishing. See i never thought I would be a business woman and especially one with a spiritual business. Everything for me started when I hit rock bottom and I didn’t want to be in this life anymore. My baby girl at that time saved my life as she cried at night for me to feed her and I needed to get myself together in order to support her. Not knowing I had PTSD and not really understanding Postpartum depression, I decided in that moment that dying just wasn’t an option. My upbringing had no type of emotional support and I grew up feeling alone and misunderstood plus always being who others needed me to be. I had no idea who I was. I was so into my head not knowing I was re living every single “bad” thing that ever happened to me over and over in my head. But when I said to myself enough is enough and decided to live for my daughters, I invested all of my earnings into personal development. And still I felt I was seeking help so that I can change and be happy with others and putting my external reality first. Not seeing that I needed to help myself internally instead. But when I found the help I prayed for my life changed. I started learning about the subconscious mind, how to reprogram one self, I learned about energy work and spirituality. I made a promise to never give up on myself again and since 2017 I haven’t stopped working on myself. Fast forward to now, I know more about myself, I understand the person I used to be, I understand why people are the way they are. I learned about triggers, emotions, trauma, healing, meditation and much more. All has helped me to love myself, to understand others, to feel deeply and have compassion. I’ve learned about conscious living and am now running a spiritual business where I assist others in their own journey to self discovery and inner freedom. I became a woman who trusts in God, who trusts in herself, a woman who fights through darkness and continues to have courage daily. A woman with gratitude and an open heart to what life has to offer.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. When I launched myself as an entrepreneur in 2023 I had no idea what I was doing and to be honest I continue to learn as I go. The main struggle was believing in myself, believing that I can actually do something I have never seen a single person close to me accomplish. Doing my best to not pay attention to what others thought about my work was also very challenging. I cared too much about the opinions of the people I love that the judgment and lack of confidence in me would create set backs in my work. But I continued to push through and not knowing how things would turn up I kept taking the leap daily.

Moonaisis is a spiritual healing business dedicated to helping people reconnect with their energy, release what no longer serves them, and step into a more aligned, empowered version of themselves. Through a range of unique energy healing services—including Light Language Healing, Pranic Aura Cleansing, Pranic Healing, Light Language Activation and spiritual response therapy, I help clients clear stagnant energy, heal emotionally and spiritually, and activate their higher potential.
Id like to think that what sets me apart is that unlike traditional energy healing practices, I work with Light Language, an ancient and cosmic form of energetic communication that bypasses the logical mind and works directly with the soul. My approach combines intuitive healing, high-frequency activations, and energy clearing techniques to bring deep transformation.
Additionally, I specialize in helping others energetically cleanse and restore balance within themselves. I also offer digital products and healing session videos to make my services more accessible for those who want to integrate healing into their daily lives.
I believe healing is a journey of remembering who you truly are. I am most proud of creating a safe, sacred space for my clients to release emotional blocks, activate their gifts, and feel lighter, freer, and more aligned. But most of all safe in their own body.

Get clear on your vision, purpose and values. Start small and focus on one thing at a time. Don’t be afraid to invest. Stay resilient and keep learning. Take care of your energy, believe in yourself and take action.
Something I wish I knew when starting out was that not everyone will support you and also that energy and mindset matter more than strategy.
