Today we’d like to introduce you to Sonia Kaufmann.

Hi Sonia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 1997 when I arrived to this country I changed carriers from being a Buyer alternating with modeling to something that I would never imagined, I developed a passion as an Holistic Therapist performing bodywork mostly. The most I studied the most I wanted to learn more and master all the techniques I learned, Relaxation , Parasympathetic, Medical Sport Massage , Acupressure Lymphatic Drainage, Essential Oils for therapy and many more and why one modality adjust better depends the occasion and the client .
I have been working in the best and most prestigious Spas and learning from different Plastic Surgeons and I was very lucky to have the best Master teaching me the techniques that I know today .
Until I reached the point that I want to create my own business Golden Silhouette Spa to give the public the chance to experience those treatments that I developed to help and fused health and Beauty together.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I will say is being easy for me because when you love, believe and understand what you do is and easy road , but I would say the most challenging was to synchronize work, constantly studying to upgrade my knowledge and be present to my Family.

As you know, we’re big fans of Golden Silhouette Spa . For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Golden Silhouette was created from a lots of years of practice and results in different people. My roots were in fashion and beauty and that covers the esthetic part but my knowledge of Eastern and Western medicine and body work is what I apply, analyze in every individual and personalize treatment always thinking by the perspective of health , so I realized that not only they can be combined but they must be together. Beauty can’t exist without good health, and with that, there is a life style to follow .
Golden Silhouette offers an organic way to remodel your body with perseverance and routine in your life style.
Our treatments are based by hand, specific strokes in combination with the Lymphatic Drainage to end leading the extra liquid called “lymph“ to the areas of elimination “lymph nodes “
Resulting in a better aspect of the skin smoother, soft and less puffy, helping to reshape your silhouette. It’s a perfect way to minimize stubborn pockets of adipose tissue . The most important is that helps to detoxify your body .
