Hi Jerrel, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
What made me want to get started with J-MONEY CLOTHING? It’s really a funny but simple story. It really started as just an idea at first. I used to always like to get dressed app even if I was just going to the store. I had to make sure that I was very presentable at all times. Plus, I was a big video game person, so I used to have video games where I could dress my character up, And I was spending hours upon hours on them. Just dressing up my character in different clothing. The name Jay Money originated from an auntie of mine. Because I used to always work 2 or 3 jobs. And I used to always have money. So, when you put the two and two together you now have the Jay Money. Jay Money clothing is a representation to make you look and feel like money. I tell people anytime they Walk out the house. They want to make sure they look good from the top of a to the bottom of their feet. So, when you put on a J-MONEY CLOTHING outfit, I want you to look and Feel like Money from the top of your to the bottom of your feet.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
As a small business owner, of course, the road is gonna have its ups and downs. But I enjoy every aspect of it. Because without the hardship I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the good times.

J-MONEY CLOTHING is a brand that represents everything that has to do with money. Not only does it have everything to do with money, but it has everything to do with making you look and feel like money. We offer numerous things, including custom T-shirts. Custom hoodies, custom hats. But not only that, we also have something for the ladies. We also have some for the kids as well. What sets My brand apart from others? Is the quality in the product that I try to produce. Each product take my time in very detailed order to make sure that my customers/money makers Feel good about the product that they’re putting on their body. I wanna give other people in opportunity to make an idea. Come to life that they may have been thinking about for quite some time. But never knew how to produce it on a shirt. That’s what I’m here to help them out with.
What matters most to you? Why?
My money makers because without them. Pushing me to be better every single day. I don’t think I would have been in the position to wanna keep going. Also, my family to see the struggle that we went through before. Knowing that I have the opportunity to put us in a better situation. That’s something that I’m really working toward, and that’s a goal of mine.
