Hi Jamie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started in real estate 13 years ago and was fortunate to find early success, receiving NAR’s 30 Under 30 award in 2017 and ranking among the top 1% of agents nationwide. As I continued to grow my business, I quickly realized that while the industry is built on relationships and service, many of the tools and systems we relied on felt outdated and disconnected. Over the years, I worked with hundreds of clients across Los Angeles, and I saw firsthand how much potential there was to improve the experience for both clients and agents.
That realization eventually led me to start RealiFi Realty. I wanted to build a modern brokerage that gave agents the tools, flexibility, and community they need to grow their businesses sustainably, while also focusing on data-driven trust and transparency for consumers. Today, RealiFi Realty is a growing network of forward-thinking agents who believe that real estate should feel personal, empowered, and built on results, not just promises.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not a smooth road, but the challenges are what made the journey worth it. When you are trying to build something different, there is always resistance, whether it is from outdated industry mindsets or just the natural fear of change. Building a new brokerage without the backing of a national brand pushed us to lead with value and earn trust, one conversation at a time. There were also the typical challenges that come with any startup: building the right systems, finding the right people, creating brand trust from scratch, and making tough decisions along the way. But each challenge forced us to sharpen our focus, stay true to our mission, and keep improving.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I think real estate is entering a major era of transformation. Over the next 5 to 10 years, I expect to see greater transparency and accountability, as buyers and sellers demand more data, more honesty, and better service, with technology making that non-negotiable. We will also see more agent independence, as traditional brokerage models continue to break down and agents seek more control over their brands, marketing, and business strategies. Consumer trust will become the biggest currency, with success driven less by flashy advertising and more by who can genuinely deliver results.
At the same time, the industry will become more tech-enabled, but still deeply human-centered. AI, blockchain, and digital tools will streamline parts of the transaction, but real estate is still an emotional decision, and agents who can blend technology with authentic human connection will be the ones who succeed. At RealiFi, we are building for this future because we believe the best real estate companies will be the ones that stay ahead of these changes without ever losing sight of what really matters: people.
