Today we’d like to introduce you to Elizabeth Hahn.
Hi Elizabeth, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Calabasas, surrounded by music and the Hollywood scene. Back in the ’80s, I was the girl throwing backyard parties with kegs, live bands, and my girlfriends in wet T-shirt contests. It was wild, carefree, and creative. It was definitely a crash course in entertainment before I even realized it would become my career.
When I moved to San Diego for college, I found my way into the underground music and nightlife scene. That’s where I learned to hustle. I launched my first business with nothing more than a pager, an idea, and a handwritten list of phone numbers. There was no internet or social media. It was just word of mouth and sheer determination. It is what today is called guerrilla marketing.
Over the years, I evolved with the times. What started as one small entertainment venture grew into a nationwide entertainment brand. Today, I run two national brands: Bad Girl Productions and Bad Boy Strip. We bring high-end adult entertainment experiences to bachelor and bachelorette parties across the country.
More than thirty years later, I still get the same spark I did back in those early Calabasas days. Every private event is a chance to create unforgettable moments, to connect people, and to keep the energy of fun and freedom alive. That’s what keeps me inspired.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. This industry changes fast, and if you don’t evolve with it, you fall behind. Bachelor and bachelorette parties shift with culture, trends, music, social media, and nightlife, so you have to stay sharp and stay curious. What worked last year may not work this year, so you learn to move with the market instead of fighting it.
When I started, there was no blueprint. There were no mentors, no guidebooks, no online communities. It was pure trial and error. I built everything by testing ideas, seeing what stuck, and being willing to pivot when something didn’t. I learned early that real growth comes from creativity and staying true to your own big picture vision.
This line of work is a mix of strategy and artistry; you experiment, you take risks, and you try to create experiences people will never forget. There have been challenges at every stage, but the momentum and the energy of it all are what keep me going.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Bad Girl Productions and Bad Boy Strip are built around one mission: creating unforgettable bachelor and bachelorette party experiences. We specialize in premium entertainment that is customized to each group’s size, style, and comfort level. Bad Girl Productions delivers high-energy bachelor party packages with talented dancers, party hosts, and interactive experiences. Bad Boy Strip focuses on bachelorette celebrations with themed shows that are playful, polished, and tailored to what each bride tribe wants.
What sets us apart is the way we recruit, train, and support our talent. Our entertainers are carefully selected, fully briefed, and set up for success with clear expectations. Clients always choose their performers upfront, which keeps the experience transparent, safe, and aligned with what they want.
We are known for our signature packages. For bachelor groups, our Legs and Eggs experience brings Bad Girls to cook breakfast, serve mimosas, and create a fun party atmosphere. During the holidays, Sexy Santas are a top seller, bringing a festive and naughty twist to private events.
For bachelorette groups, our themed shows like Sexy Cops, Naughty Cowboys, Pizza Delivery Guys, and Firefighters are always a hit, giving each party a chance to create its own vibe.
Brand-wise, we are proud of our reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a level of entertainment that stands out in this industry. We design moments that feel elevated and intentional, not generic. Our clients know they can trust us to deliver talent, energy, and a celebration that feels customized rather than cookie-cutter.
For readers, what matters most is that we do not just provide dancers. We curate experiences. Every booking is built with care, communication, and an understanding of what makes a milestone celebration unforgettable. Our goal is simple: create premium, high-energy memories that people talk about long after the night is over.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I have learned is that you cannot build longevity without adaptation. This industry changes fast, and the people who stay relevant are the ones who stay curious, listen to their clients, and are willing to evolve even when it is uncomfortable. Early in my career, I tried to do everything myself. Eventually, I learned that growth happens when you build systems, trust your team, and stay focused on the bigger vision instead of getting stuck in the daily noise.
Another major lesson is that boundaries matter. Clear communication, clear expectations, and clear standards protect your business and your talent. When you run entertainment companies, you learn very quickly that structure creates freedom. When you set rules that make sense, everyone earns more, stays safer, and has a better experience.
Most of all, I learned that you have to fall in love with the process, not just the end result. Brands grow because you show up consistently, improve constantly, and stay committed even when things are challenging. That mindset has kept me moving forward for more than thirty years.
