Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Logan.
Hi Danielle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Most of my career life has been in the corporate world, mostly working for pharmaceutical companies. I enjoyed learning all about health, different disease states, and medicine that helps patients. During this time in my life, I was also having my four children with my husband, Colin. I started to realize I really wanted more time with my kids and I wanted the flexibility to make my own schedule so I didn’t miss important moments with them. My kids are my whole world! This is one of the main reasons Cryo Haus was born. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and I was very interested in all the health benefits of Cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is still a very new concept and not many people realize how good it is for your physical health, mental health, and even aiding in weight loss. Cryo Haus in Laguna Beach is a Boutique Luxury Cryotherapy Spa but we love spreading all the benefits of cryotherapy with our community and helping them to be their best self!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Cryo Haus opened in September of 2019. The first six months of being open were incredible and business grew fast. At the six-month mark, Covid shut down the world, including our Cryotherapy Spa. It was a slow process getting the business back on track and balancing the trials and tribulations of Covid. The good news is, Cryotherapy increases your immune system and this is a benefit everyone appreciates more now! We also have the comfort of knowing no germs can live in the chamber at -200 degrees so we are confident we are keeping all our clients safe.

Cryo Haus is a Boutique Luxury Cryotherapy Spa. We specialize in two types of treatments. We use the Cryo Arctic Whole Body Chamber from Poland, and we feel this is the most effective and safe chamber there is! Cryotherapy is mostly known for reducing inflammation. This has helped many professional athletes recover from hard games, workouts, and injuries. Cryo has so many other amazing benefits as well such as increasing your immune system, helping with mental health, and burning hundreds of calories with each session which aids in weight loss. Whether you are an athlete, someone with chronic pain or recovering from an injury, or just someone wanting to increase their overall wellness, Cryotherapy is truly beneficial for everyone!
We also have a treatment room where we specialize in one-hour localized fat-freezing treatments. We use the award-winning machine called the Cryo T-Shock from Milan, Italy. This machine kills fat cells through thermal shock and extreme cold temperatures. It is a non-invasive treatment with no downtime and immediate results. The dead fat cells are flushed through the lymphatic system after the treatment is completed. We were one of the first to start using this machine and have been using it for five years now. We proudly only use our very own before and after pictures of our own work and even guarantee our results.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
My husband, Colin, has always owned his own companies. He is a general contractor that also built and owns two local barbershops, Logan Bros Shaving Company. One of these barbershops is in Laguna Beach and ended up with a ton of extra space in their shop. Colin helped me form Cryo Haus and he built the entire spa out himself! It is really fun to have our two businesses attached to each other and it adds to the experience for both of our clientele.
