Daniella McBride is a pioneering entrepreneur and the visionary founder of Cr8tify Agency. She began her career in unscripted casting, contributing to popular shows on networks like E!, Bravo, and ABC, and later made her mark as a featured contestant and cast member on ABC’s The Bachelor Season 17 and Paradise Season 1. Transitioning into the digital influencer arena, Daniella joined Fullscreen, where she was instrumental in discovering emerging YouTube talent and signing new creators. Leveraging her deep industry expertise, she partnered with an investor to launch a celebrity brand incubation business that successfully developed over 20 creator-driven brands. Building on these varied experiences, she helped launch CreatorForce—a dynamic agency that connects CPG brands with influential talent—which eventually evolved into Cr8tify Agency in 2025. Driven by a passion for the talent space that dates back to her early casting days, Daniella is a firm believer in the future of creators and thrives as an entrepreneur in this evolving industry.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Transitioning from casting to brand incubation and ultimately into the agency world hasn’t been a smooth journey. One of the biggest challenges at Cr8tify has been navigating the rapid evolution of brands and the increasingly selective nature of creators. With each passing year and a shifting economy, it’s clear that brands are changing and creators are becoming pickier than ever. I’m dedicated to understanding the best deal terms for my brand clients and ensuring that both brands and creators find the right fit. While launching your own business can be daunting, trusting your dedication and adapting alongside industry changes are key to reaching your goals. I firmly believe in hard work and in building strong partnerships to create a seamless path to success.
