Hi Ashley, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I began my career in sales at just 14 years old—even running my own little shoe shop within a clothing store. Even then, I loved the process of unboxing new merchandise and instinctively organizing and color-coordinating the store displays. It was second nature to me to create visual flow and balance—it’s always been a passion.
That early spark led me to roles like visual merchandising for Estée Lauder and working in wardrobe at Saturday Night Live, where I honed my skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments that demanded creativity, precision, and intuition.
Personally, I’ve always felt deeply connected to crystals and energy work, so when I launched Home Attunement, it was a completely organic evolution. I bring together home organization and energetic alignment, helping clients clear clutter and reset their spaces with intention. Crystals, spatial flow, and energetic harmony are all part of the process. For me, it’s not just about organizing—it’s about creating environments that support the best version of who you’re becoming.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
For me, I’m grateful to say it’s actually been a smooth road. I took a long break to be a wife and a mother, and as soon as that marriage dissolved, I jumped right back into working. From the very beginning, I was surrounded by the most supportive group of women who truly believed in me and what I was creating. My business has been almost entirely referral-based, and I feel extremely blessed for how naturally it all flowed. The timing, the people, the opportunities—it all aligned in a way that felt meant to be.

While we’re best known for our classic organizing services—pantries, closets, playrooms, and full-home resets—we also offer a unique layer that sets us apart. For clients who are interested, we incorporate elements like crystals, energy flow, and intention setting to create not just organized spaces, but ones that feel energetically aligned and deeply personal. I absolutely love what I do. Every job is different, and that’s what keeps it exciting. One day, I might be managing an entire move without the client ever needing to be involved, and the next, I could end up in a bathtub with Paris Hilton (yes, really). The variety keeps me inspired, and the trust my clients place in me is something I deeply value.
I’m most proud that Home Attunement has grown completely through word-of-mouth. We work with discerning clients who value beauty, order, and a deeper sense of alignment in their spaces—and they continue to refer us because they feel the shift, not just see it.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I don’t believe in good luck or bad luck. I believe in alignment, divine timing, and the idea that we are always being guided and supported. What’s meant for us finds us—sometimes in unexpected ways, but always right on time. Every step I’ve taken, even the ones that felt uncertain or uncomfortable, has led me exactly where I was meant to be.
When I returned to work after taking time to be a wife and mother, everything started flowing. The right clients came in, the business grew through referrals, and I was surrounded by a circle of supportive, inspiring women. It wasn’t luck—it was alignment. I was ready, open, and in the right energetic space to receive.
To me, that’s what this journey has been about—trusting, showing up with intention, and allowing the universe to do its part.
