Ani, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We really wanted to create a brand that truly focuses on the concept of YOUR features, but better. We wanted to establish something more SKIN base, where we focus on the health and the glow of the skin because good skin is always in. Our vision with aesthetics was so far beyond just LIPS and Cheeks and individual features, we really wanted to build a beauty clinic that focuses on the harmony and overall facial balancing.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have an actual policy with our team of professionals where we don’t refer to things as “struggles” in business instead, we refer to it as “growing pains.” And these growing pains come in many different forms. In a field so competitive, we constantly focus on education, innovation, and growth. This can be stressful and challenging because the fear of being average is a true driving force for our team.
Every growing step we have had has been associated with a challenge of some sort. So when you’re in the business of doing truly what you love, you realize that these challenges are truly what shape you, strengthen you and set your foundation. It has been one of the most important things as a business owner to stop referring to hard/difficult times as “struggles” and instead start viewing them as a preparation for launch off.

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
I am old school when it comes to this. I am extremely passionate and passion has been the driving force of this business. I didn’t sit and look at other clinics for inspiration, this was something that was truly brewing in me for such a long time. I didn’t have a mentor that sat me down and showed me the way either. To be honest, in many aspects, we could have used the guidance but that’s not the course our business took. Snatched Beverly Hills was carved with fresh perspective on beauty and that’s one of the greatest attributions of our vast popularity in such a short period of time. To duplicate something someone else is doing was never an option for me because that means I’m aiming to be second best by default. I am a competitive force by nature, perfecting my personal and professional skills is an ongoing project I take deep pride in, and to be able to build a team of professionals who share the same vision, ethics and drive allowed us to expand our business exponentially.
