Today we’d like to introduce you to Saskia Staeuble
Hi Saskia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve been communicating with the universe since I was a little child. Music was my passion, and I always strived to touch people’s hearts with my singing. Every chance I got, I sought out opportunities to perform in front of an audience. During the Christmas season, I was fortunate enough to have Santa Claus visit my family’s house in the countryside of Switzerland. Since Santa had to listen to me, all the other kids had to wait patiently for their treats. Later, in choir at school, my strong voice made it difficult for anyone to stand next to me. Except for Christmas, I wasn’t allowed to sing at home. So, I would take our dog for a walk through the endless fields surrounding our small village. I would sing my heart out, with the wind and nature’s sounds accompanying me, and imagine myself performing for large audiences. For me, music was always connected to the world, never just Switzerland. That’s why I chose to sing in English, rather than Swiss German.
My talent was spotted by a manager from Germany who offered me to sign with my girl group “Cat Eyes”. Unfortunately, I had not yet reached maturity, hence my mother needed to sign the contract for me. She did not do it. In contrast, I had to agree in writing to quit singing until I finished my education. I was intimidated by all the authority and quit. It was the hardest thing I had to do in my life… Years later, when I graduated, I had already forgotten about singing. I was in love, had relationships. Life just happened and everything was going normally. I did occasionally sing at a wedding, or on a birthday, but I “forgot” about my dream.
Of course, people were always astounded by my talent. However, I never truly understood it. I had moments in my twenties when I felt something was off, but I was too caught up in life to realize what it was.
Then, one week before my 30th birthday, I suddenly broke down in my kitchen while feeding my cats on a seemingly ordinary Wednesday morning. Fortunately, my ex-finance was home and rushed me to the hospital. I was diagnosed with a brain stroke, triggered by a severe migraine. I lay in the hospital bed, the left side of my body paralyzed, including my face, as a nurse cleaned my saliva. Of course, I had no control over my facial expressions.
Amidst my confusion, a voice resonated within me. It asked, “Why don’t you sing?” Initially, I remained silent. The voice persisted, probing deeper, “Why don’t you sing?” I responded, “I don’t have a band,” hypnotically. The voice repeated, “Why don’t you sing?” “I don’t have any support from my parents,” I answered.
The voice continued its questioning, “Why don’t you sing?” “I have no connections,” I replied. “Why don’t you sing?” “I didn’t graduate from a music school,” I said. “Why don’t you sing?” “I don’t know what to do,” I confessed.
The conversation continued, and I found myself exhausted by the endless stream of excuses. Finally, I surrendered, realizing that I had no more rational reasons to avoid singing. The voice then declared, “You have the voice!”
It hit me like a tidal wave: I had never tried singing before. There are no words to describe the overwhelming sense of realization and regret that washed over me. If I were to remain in a wheelchair for the rest of my life, I could never forgive myself for not having the courage to pursue my dream and explore the potential of my voice.
I made a promise to the voice that if I regained my ability to stand up, walk, talk, and sing, I would follow my healing journey and pursue singing. Within three days, I was able to move my finger slightly, and all my abilities returned. I left the hospital completely healed and embarked on a new life.
From that moment on, I dedicated my entire life to singing. I quit my job, apartment, and ended my engagement with my ex-fiancée, who I had just found out had been cheating on me for months. I then went on a backpacking journey to New York City. Ever since watching “Sex and the City,” I had always wanted to visit New York, raise my hand, and ask for a taxi.
In Manhattan, I met a Swiss friend who had become a successful photographer. For many years, I considered myself fortunate to have such a great mentor. One morning, after he shattered all my well-thought-out plans to attend schools and sing covers of Joss Stone, a UK singer whose voice I believed perfectly suited mine, he invited me to his 10th-floor Broadway apartment. During my visit, he gave me a powerful speech about the importance of finding my own voice and creating my own unique sound. Inspired by his words, the next morning, I channeled an entire four-minute song into a voice memo on my iPhone. I had never imagined I could do that. Something in his advice triggered a hidden ability within me, allowing me to express my music in a new and profound way.
I shared this song with numerous musicians, hoping to find a collaborator for my “band.” Their reactions were unanimous: “This is nothing,” “That’s not even a song,” “What genre is this?” and “Which school did you attend?”
After weeks of searching, I discovered Michael, the pianist I’ve been traveling and performing with for over a decade. When I played him my channeled song, he recognized it and had played it as a child. As he played, it was exactly what I had envisioned. How could this be? We both felt it was meant to be.
Over the past 12 years, we’ve embarked on incredible journeys, exploring European countries and exotic cultures like Africa, the Middle East, and India. We made history as the first Swiss musicians to perform for MTV Unplugged. We even channeled a song for His Majesty, the King of Oman, and performed it at the Muscat Amphitheater in front of the Royal family on Oman’s National Day. Our story was featured on Oman’s Breakfast TV and graced the front pages of national newspapers.
We’ve touched the hearts of many people worldwide and have built a community of 220,000 individuals on our platforms.
However, my dream has always been to make a breakthrough in the United States.
We’re now based in Los Angeles and channel people’s soul harmonic frequencies in private sessions and group settings. Last year, I conducted over 360 sessions and am incredibly grateful for the wonderful and loving community we’ve built. We’re overwhelmed by the positive impact Soul Songs have on people’s lives.
This year, our goals are to expand our reach, collaborate with others, and make frequency music mainstream. We strive to raise awareness about the transformative potential of sound as a therapeutic tool for healing from trauma, enhancing mental well-being, and providing life-supporting assistance.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I began my musical journey as a singer-songwriter, as that was all I had ever known about musicians. The music industry was still relatively new to me. I didn’t play any instruments; my voice was always my instrument. I was an opera enthusiast and sang all the classic songs from Disney or renowned musicals like “The Phantom of the Opera” or “Cats.” After overcoming my brain stroke incident, I took on the challenge and became a singer. It was a bit strange because I couldn’t connect with other musicians. I had a very clear vision and idea about my music. Later, I discovered that I channel frequencies and translate them into lyrics and melodies through my voice. When people started requesting personalized songs, and we began channeling theirs, we realized that we were a psychic music duo.
I learned all that while going my own way. I had to accept that my path is unique and meant for me alone. Only I can know my next steps, no matter how small or significant they may be. I’ve come to rely on my heart, intuition, and inner guidance (which I’m still learning about daily!), and I never lose hope. I have this unwavering trust that if a path presents itself, it’s safe to take it because it leads me precisely where I want to be.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We are a Singing Psychic Medium and Piano Medium who collaborate to express your soul’s harmonic frequency through vocal harmonies and piano melodies, all woven into a song with psychic messages embedded in the lyrics. Given the abundance of messages that emerge during a session, we each provide a reading afterward, drawing insights from the messages and resonating chakras that Piano Medium Michael Angeles is picking up. Occasionally, past lives, ancestors, spirit animals, significant colors, numbers, or even glimpses of the future may manifest. However, the content of these messages is always tailored to meet the soul’s current needs. Since everything operates on frequency, everything resonates, including your soul. This harmonic convergence is the essence of the Soul Song.
Listening to music that resonates with your soul can transform your life. We tune our piano to the healing frequency of 432 Hertz, which aligns with the natural resonance of our bodies, nature, and the ocean. 432 Hertz is a harmonic of the
earth’s natural vibration known as the “Schumann Resonance”. This frequency has a soothing and relaxing effect, allowing our bodies to naturally connect with it.
Since our bodies are frequency spectra, your cells memorize your Soul Song and gradually align with your natural soul harmonic frequency as you listen and engage with it (through humming, singing along, or dancing) to your Soul Song recording. This process has numerous benefits for your health, fitness, mental clarity, emotions, and overall well-being.
The Soul Song, a unique “product” of our 12+ years of global experience with hundreds of people, has resulted in numerous success stories and impacted individuals from diverse backgrounds. We are proud that our work aligns perfectly with our abilities, which emerged naturally, gradually over time. Perhaps that’s why our customers consistently emphasize the need to experience Dust of Soul. Words fail to adequately describe the profound impact it has. This positive feedback sustains us and fuels our unwavering dedication.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Experience is paramount, especially in today’s fast-paced world. You need to create a space and time for yourself to make your own unique experience. Relying solely on others is not enough; your unique perspective is the key to your path. You can only progress so far on others’ journeys. Your idea is intrinsically linked to your own journey, and it is subjectively unique. Only you possess this frequency within you, and only you can attune to it. After all, it is your idea.
From personal experiences, we gain a profound and significant power of sharing. This significance of impact, personal depth, perspective of connection, level of surprise, emotional breakthrough, learning—these are the qualities you bring out of your character.
When we began as “Dust of Soul” in July 2012, we were a band that toured in Switzerland. Surprisingly, we received a steady stream of likes on Facebook from Tunisia. Our song “Believe” gained immense popularity there. We recognized this resonance and embraced it. Tunisia had just undergone a revolution, and its young people desperately needed hope and strength. Our journey, which had just begun, required positive affirmation and optimism. This experience fostered a connection between Tunisia and us. We discovered that calling on the song “Believe,” which Michael and I channeled as our third song; after “Hometown” (where we found our home within each other and our creation), and “Confused” (where we shared our transformation about confusion with guidance we received and pondered how to gain clarity); resonated deeply with Tunisia.
We gained a wealth of experience. Our ideas were never mere plans that transformed into tangible realities. They only began to flourish when we took action and achieved outcomes far beyond our wildest dreams. However, along the way, we frequently found ourselves grappling with anger, sadness, and restlessness, questioning our decisions and analyzing the outcomes. A myriad of emotions played a role in this process, and we came to realize that growth stems from experience. Therefore, the value of an experience is not determined by its outcome, but rather by the significance we assign it in its role towards our success. Success may come swiftly, as the adage suggests, but it is always the accumulation of experience that shapes the character of an individual.
