Today we’re excited to be connecting with Sari Sabella again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Sari, thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Sari Mario Sabella, a Life Force Energy Sensei and creator of the Sabella Method, a transformative approach to energy mastery and masculine power. I’m a fourth-degree black belt in Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate, an award-winning filmmaker, and an action actor with a global journey from Jordan to Sri Lanka to the U.S., shaping my deep understanding of human potential.
Beyond the dojo, and as a certified coach and wellness guide, my mission transcends traditional martial arts training. Transforming men and boys lives by helping them channel raw emotion into authentic power. Through my masterful blend of martial arts wisdom and energy work, I guide warriors to unlock their deepest strength and purpose.
My other passion is film, and my recent credits include Monsters (The Lyle & Erik Menendez story) , Lucifer, The Terminal List, How To Get Away with Murder, and Seal Team for Netflix, ABC, CBS, and Amazon respectively. I also recently wrote, directed and starred in a short film called, “The Tragedy”, which has already received two independent film awards, in addition to another short film called, “The Florist”, which received independent film awards.
I’m passionate about discipline, integrity, and growth, which I carry into my work both on and off-screen.
Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
So once Covid hit, and I realized that the entertainment industry wasn’t necessarily my path for the future, I started taking a coaching certification course in addition to training much more in Martial Arts.
I basically spent all of Covid locked up in my apartment by myself, but also trying to better myself throughout that time.
Following Covid, I met my beautiful wife, and once our energies came together, a lot of things became clear to me. I started doing a lot of deep inner work and understanding my emotions, my anger, anxiety, and doing really deep shadow work as well. As I transformed, I became more and more clear on my purpose.
And I realized that my true purpose is helping boys and men become the Warriors that they were created to be by guiding them to transform their anger into power. Healthy power. In today’s world, where we are witness to a lot of wounded masculine energy, specifically in leadership, it is absolutely imperative for men and boys to take full responsibility for their emotions and transform those emotions into authentic empowerment. True masculinity is one that protects and honors the feminine.
Right now I am taking on new clients, if anyone reading this is interested, contact me on Instagram @Sari.Sabella.

Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
Life is full of crossroads, and I’ve learned that making tough choices often comes down to clarity and alignment with my values. My thought process usually starts with defining what truly matters— first and foremost, honor. I ensure that all my decisions are honorable. Beyond that, it’s my family, integrity, and long-term goals. I weigh the trade-offs by asking myself, ‘What impact will this decision have in the bigger picture?’ and ‘Will this choice bring me closer to the life I want to build or the person I want to be?’
I also remind myself that not every choice will have a perfect outcome, but I can choose to make the decision that aligns most with my principles. And once the choice is made, I commit to it fully, knowing I’ve acted with intention rather than fear or pressure. To me, that’s what creates peace of mind even in the face of hard decisions.
