Today we’d like to introduce you to Royal Blasian.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Brian Sherard born September 26, 2000 in Los Angeles, CA. I began rapping in 2018 just freestyling for fun. I knew I’ve always had thinking for music being I had a major dance background growing up as a child. Using rap as my voice, as a way to productively be heard due to the feeling of being overlooked or misunderstood. Not soon after I begin rapping I started to get an audience through social media, people writing me telling me the things I’ve said in my raps have helped through or made them realize a message. And that feeling is the best. I’ve been posted by celebrities and also have had the opportunity to work with a few and become close friends. Now I’m on my musical artistry journey and it can only get better from here. I’ve created this motto due to my stage name being Royal Blasian (black-Asian) and it is BiggKinggShitt meaning no my who you are treat yourself as royalty and everyone else shall do the same.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
My audience varies and sometimes I get distracted and discouraged because everybody has their moments.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Are used to be a dancer growing up as a kid until graduated high school. Then I started rapping. Everyone knows me as both a dancer but now mainly an artist. Known for hopping on major celebrities’ instrumentals and killing it.
What matters most to you?
Being a help through my creative talent of music when someone needs it. Connecting with others creates a unique vibe only my light can share. Letting someone who is like me know that they’re truly not alone no matter bad it feels.
