Today we’d like to introduce you to Roy Fowler
Hi Roy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Started in a two parent home with my biological parents. Was removed by social services because of drug related activity. My father was a Drug Dealer and business man! Ended up as an orphan and foster child until I was adopted. I am from South Carolina born and raised. Grew up with a great life as an only child with middle class Christian parents. Class president in high school and college. Always been well liked and in the arts. Always voted Most likely to be Famous and Most Talented! Relocated to Atlanta, Georgia after college. Worked as waiter, bartender, hotel front desk agent, and then as a celebrity publicist and a celebrity assistant before going into background acting. I began to become a socialite because I was starting to get spotted out at Award shows, events, and dinners frequently with A list celebrities and reality stars like Tyler Perry, Nick Cannon, and Nene Leakes. Landed my first role on a series in Atlanta in 2018. Appeared on a few reality shows throughout the years. Finally made the big move to Los Angeles, CA in 2023. One of my goals and dreams was to always move to LA when I was old enough! Landed my first supporting role in a Thriller Feature Film, Her Fatal Fling, which aired on Lifetime Movie Network (LMN) 10/10/2024! I was able to share the screen with Academy Award nominee, Eric Roberts. I have already been noted as the breakout star of this film! I am a believer in manifestation, faith, prayer, and having daily talks with the Lord! I pray and still thank him through the bad times, good times, bad days, and my good days! I know that without him, nothing is possible, and with him I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me! And if it wasn’t for him I would not be here in Hollywood today! I’m just a young man that had a dream to get to Hollywood! And baby, I’m here! And I’m here to stay and leave my legacy!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not be a smooth road. I didn’t have the finances at one point in my life and I experienced homelessness and living out of my car as well.

I am an Actor, Artist, Songwriter, Scriptwriter, Director, and Music Producer.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Have patience.
Believe in yourself
Stay focused
Remember that you have a purpose
Find your therapy and happy place
Always Pat your own self on the back when you accomplish something that you have been wanting to accomplish!
