Check Out Presh Cox’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Presh Cox.

Hi Presh, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I moved from Toronto to California at just 20 years old with four suitcases and a dream. Not long after, I met my husband of 20 years, and together we built a life centered around family, hard work, and possibility. We have two incredible children who have grown up watching both of us chase our goals with determination and heart.

My hospitality career began at Medieval Times, where I discovered my passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. From there, I joined Aramark Sports and Entertainment, working at world class venues like Angel Stadium and the Honda Center, where I learned the art of large scale service, operational excellence, and the energy of live events. That foundation led me to Buffalo Wild Wings, where I grew into multi-unit leadership and developed a deep appreciation for team development, culture building, and the power of great food to bring people together.

After decades of leading within established brands, I felt called to invest in a growing concept and purchased two Graze Craze® franchise locations, blending my passion for hospitality with my love for storytelling through food. That vision came to life with Graze Craze Corona and Ontario, where my business partner, team, and I craft artful charcuterie boards and grazing tables that turn any gathering into an experience. Each board is thoughtfully designed to spark conversation, connection, and celebration. Our motto “We Create Wonderful Stories Through Food” reflects everything I believe in: that food is more than what is on the table; it is about the memories shared around it.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Has it been a smooth road? Not even close. And honestly, I do not think it is supposed to be. The truth is, if this journey were easy, everyone would jump in headfirst. What people do not always see are the late nights when you are still answering emails, the early mornings when you are setting up before the world is awake, or the holidays you spend working so other families can enjoy theirs.

Starting a new business came with its own set of emotional and financial challenges. You are building something from the ground up while quietly wondering if you are making the right decisions, if the community will embrace you, or if the sacrifices will be worth it. There were moments when the stress felt heavier than anything I had ever carried, juggling two Graze Craze locations, a full time leadership role, and the responsibility of showing up for my family.

There were days I questioned myself, days I ran on fumes, and days when the pressure of being a mom, a wife, a leader, and an entrepreneur all at once felt impossible. But even in the hardest seasons, I kept going because I believed in what I was creating. I believed in my business partner, and I believed in my team. And I believed in the power of showing my children that you can chase your dreams even when the path is not perfect.

The road has not been smooth, but it has been meaningful. Every challenge has shaped me into a stronger leader, a role model for my children, and a more determined business owner. And looking back, I would not trade the struggles because they were the proving ground for everything I am building today.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At Graze Craze, I have the privilege of creating experiences through food. We specialize in handcrafted charcuterie boards and grazing tables that bring people together in a way that feels intentional, elevated, and personal. What makes our work unique is the care and craftsmanship that goes into every single order. We pride ourselves on the fact that every board is made to order, created specifically for the customer who will receive it. Nothing is premade, nothing is mass produced — every detail is built fresh, thoughtfully, and with purpose.

All of our dips, jams, and hummus are made in house, giving our boards a level of freshness and flavor you cannot replicate with store bought products. Our meats are sliced in house to order, ensuring the quality, texture, and presentation meet the highest standard. From the way we fold a slice of prosciutto to the way we pair cheeses with seasonal fruits, everything is designed with intention.

What I am most proud of is the experience behind the food. We are known for our storytelling approach — creating boards that do more than feed people, they connect people. They celebrate life moments, big or small, and they remind customers that food can be both beautiful and meaningful.

What sets us apart is not just our ingredients or our craftsmanship, but our heart. My business partner, our team, and I are deeply invested in our customers and our community. Every board that leaves our store carries our signature: care, creativity, and a commitment to making someone feel special. That is what Graze Craze means to me, and that is what we strive to deliver every day.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
What I would love to share is that every dream starts somewhere, even if it feels small or uncertain in the beginning. I came to California at 20 years old with four suitcases and no clear path, just a belief that I was meant to build something meaningful. If my story shows anything, it is that you can grow, evolve, and create a life you love no matter where you start.

I also want to express how grateful I am for our community. The support we have received in Corona and Ontario has been incredible, and it is the reason we show up every day with pride and passion. Graze Craze is more than a business for us. It is our way of bringing people together, celebrating their moments, and giving back in every way we can.

If you are a customer, a partner, a team member, or someone who has simply cheered us on along the way, thank you. You are a part of our story, and we cannot wait to continue creating wonderful memories through food with you.
