Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeremy Wang.
Hi Jeremy, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
We started back in 2012 when our first daughter was born. It was an arduous journey with a lot to learn, but over a decade later, we are appreciative of the friendships and relationships with Real Estate Agents and Property Managers who we’ve met.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting a business is never easy, but we’ve found it beneficial to always have an inquisitive mind to be able to learn from others. There were times when customers weren’t happy with the quality of services we’ve provided, and we’ve done our best to rectify the matter or to give them their money back.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We specialize in move-in/out cleaning and window washing and work with many local Real Estate Agents and Property Managers. We are especially appreciative to be able to work together with some of our best friends in the same line of work.
Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
We’ve heard it said that you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Some risks are harder than others, but even if you don’t succeed, we see it as a learning experience for the future that we can build on.
