Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmin Guerrero.
Hi Jazmin, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into entrepreneurship began when I was working at KTLA on a show called Making It: Minority Success Stories. Being surrounded by so many incredible innovators and go-getters sparked something in me — I was deeply inspired and caught the entrepreneurial bug.
Shortly after, I founded URGE Magazine, a women’s lifestyle publication that was bold, edgy, and unapologetically forward-thinking. We covered everything from fashion and music to empowerment and electronics. What made URGE truly unique was that we were streaming music videos and audio content before platforms like YouTube, Facebook, or Spotify ever entered the scene. We were ahead of our time, creating digital content in a way that hadn’t been seen yet. Though the magazine eventually closed, it taught me the power of innovation and taking creative risks.
From there, life took me on a different kind of stage — I became part of a Los Angeles-based band and had the incredible opportunity to tour both nationally and internationally. That chapter fed my soul with adventure, artistry, and resilience. After the band, I pivoted into photography, which allowed me to continue telling stories through a different lens (literally!). I ran a successful photography business for many years, but I knew I wasn’t done evolving.
Today, I’m a lifestyle content creator and coach, and I feel like I’ve finally stepped into my true purpose. I love using my voice and creativity to empower others. My mission is to create a space where people feel confident, seen, and inspired to live as their most authentic selves.
Right now, I’m building a brand called Fabulati— it’s all about being beautiful from the inside out. It’s fabulous, a little Gotti, a little bougie, and full of heart. Everything I do moving forward will live under this brand — it’s a celebration of self-expression, confidence, and glowing up in every way possible.
I’m so excited for this next chapter, and my goal is simple: to help others feel empowered, creative, and confident while embracing their full, unfiltered selves.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road — it’s been a beautifully bumpy one. When you’re an entrepreneur, there’s a level of uncertainty that comes with the territory. There’s no guaranteed paycheck or consistent rhythm you can always rely on. You have to hustle — not just for your income, but for your vision, your growth, and your peace of mind.
One of the biggest struggles is the lack of balance. When you’re building something on your own, it can feel like you never truly get to “clock out.” You’re constantly working, thinking, creating, troubleshooting — because if you don’t, who will? There’s a pressure to keep all the wheels turning at once, and it can be overwhelming.
Being multi-passionate adds another layer. I’ve never been someone who fits neatly into one box — and while that’s a gift, it can also be challenging. At times, it’s hard to know which path to commit to when you love doing many things. But I’ve learned that the best thing you can do is follow what brings you joy and doesn’t feel like work. That energy — the real, raw, passionate energy — is what people connect with the most.
What people don’t always see is the behind-the-scenes: the financial struggles, the mental health moments, the family challenges, or just navigating life in an unpredictable world. All of that exists under the surface. But if you truly love what you do and use it to contribute something real and conscious to the world, that’s powerful. That’s purpose. And in the end, that’s all we can ask for — to show up, stay grounded in our truth, and keep moving forward with heart.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a content creator with a passion for storytelling through lifestyle, beauty, empowerment, wellness, food, and music. At the core of everything I create is a mission: to help women feel empowered, creative, and authentic in their everyday lives. My content often includes reviews, testimonials, and vlogs — always infused with realness and heart.
But my work goes beyond digital creation. I’m also a certified lifestyle coach, helping people navigate everything from business and relationships to confidence and holistic well-being. I specialize in supporting others on their personal growth journeys, integrating both practical tools and spiritual wellness.
I’m also a Reiki Master and sound bath practitioner, which have both played huge roles in my own healing. These practices helped ground and transform me, and now I get to share that energy and guidance with others. Seeing people transform — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
What I’m most proud of is the healing journey I’ve been on over the last four years. It’s taken deep self-reflection, accountability, and emotional work. I consider myself a cycle breaker — someone who chose awareness, healing, and growth instead of repeating old patterns. That awareness has been key, not just for my own evolution but for being able to hold space for others on their path.
I think what sets me apart is the combination of raw, authentic content creation with holistic healing and empowerment work. I’m not just putting out visuals — I’m building a space and a community where people can feel seen, supported, and inspired. I’m known for my creative voice, my holistic specialties like Reiki and sound baths, and for being a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. I believe in helping women reclaim their voice, own their truth, and step confidently into their power — without shame, fear, or apology.
This work isn’t just a brand — it’s my purpose. And I’m committed to serving others in a way that’s real, conscious, and full of love.
How do you think about happiness?
There are so many things that bring me happiness, but above all, my son is my greatest source of joy. I know it sounds cliché, but he is truly the reason I began my healing journey. I wanted to be the best version of myself — not just for me, but for him. I wanted to break generational cycles and show him what it looks like to grow without carrying the weight of the past. Watching him grow, ask questions, and stay curious about the world lights me up every single day. We even share the same birthday — we’re legit Gemini twins! I used to say I always wanted a twin, and the universe gave me one in the most beautiful way.
Being a parent is such a visceral, deeply psychological experience. Children are mirrors, and they often bring up parts of ourselves we didn’t even know needed healing. It’s challenging and humbling, but it’s also the most transformative journey.
Aside from motherhood, I find happiness in gratitude — waking up each day and being truly thankful for my life, my path, and the growth I’ve experienced. That mindset shift has been a major part of my healing.
Creating content also makes me incredibly happy. I love the process — the filming, editing, expressing my ideas, and putting my voice out into the world. It’s fun, freeing, and deeply fulfilling. Having the freedom to work on my own schedule and follow my passions is something I never take for granted.
Nature is another big source of joy for me. Just being outside, soaking up the sun, listening to the sounds around me, and grounding in the beauty of the earth brings me so much peace and happiness.
And finally, creativity in all its forms — music, dance, art, film — lights up my soul. I embrace being a Gemini because it allows me to be multi-passionate and explore all the things that inspire me. Manifestation has played a huge role in this journey. I truly believe that when you align your mind, body, and soul, anything is possible.
