Check Out Jace Adams’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jace Adams.

Hi Jace, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
J.A. Creative Industries was born out of a passion for storytelling and visual identity. Before founding the agency, I worked within a major global fast fashion retailer — a space where I quickly realized that the value and proposition often didn’t align with the level of creativity, innovation, and dedication being brought to the table. Unfortunately, that imbalance is common in the industry. I knew I wanted to create something that not only valued the creative process but also honored the people and purpose behind the work.

That realization inspired me to bet on myself — to take everything I had learned and build something from the ground up. What started as a solo freelance journey in digital marketing and PR evolved into what is now J.A. Creative Industries, a full-service creative agency based in Los Angeles specializing in brand development, strategy, and media production. Our mission is to help brands stand out through intentional design, storytelling, and strategy that connect culture and commerce.

Since launching, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with global names across fashion, entertainment, and media — including Nike x Jordan, Amazon Studios, TV One, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Freshy World, and Lifetime Television. Each partnership reflects our belief in creating brands that not only look good but communicate purpose, personality, and authenticity.

Today, J.A. Creative stands as a reflection of that leap of faith — proof that when you bet on yourself, you can build something that not only speaks for you but empowers others to do the same.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road — but I don’t think the best journeys ever are. Being 24 years old and founding a company during one of the most unpredictable economic times since the 2008 recession came with its own set of challenges. Starting a business in a climate where everything feels uncertain forces you to be resourceful, adaptable, and deeply confident in your vision — even when things around you are shifting daily.

Many of our clients are in product-based industries, so the recent tariffs have caused major disruptions across supply chains, pricing, and consumer behavior. It’s required a lot of creativity and strategic pivots to help brands stay visible and relevant when the economics of their business suddenly change.

On top of that, the Hollywood strikes and production shifts away from California impacted nearly every corner of the creative industry. Projects were paused, budgets were restructured, and timelines stretched thin. It was a reminder of how interconnected creativity, labor, and business really are.

But even through all that, those moments tested and strengthened J.A. Creative’s foundation. They pushed me to refine our systems, lean into collaboration, and build a team that knows how to thrive through change. It hasn’t been easy — but it’s been real, and it’s been worth it.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
My love for art started when I was a kid — I was always drawn to color, detail, and expression, even before I had the words to describe it. For a long time, I didn’t quite understand how to channel that creativity into something tangible. It wasn’t until I found myself on set, watching a vision come to life through visual storytelling, that I truly understood how art and strategy could merge into something powerful. That moment shifted everything for me — it showed me that creativity could move people, shape perception, and even drive business.

What I’ve learned over time is that understanding consumer behavior is understanding storytelling. To influence how someone feels about a brand — or even what makes them want to buy — you first have to understand how that brand communicates. Every color, sound, and image says something. That’s why at J.A. Creative Industries, we call ourselves a branding agency, not just a creative or marketing agency. Our focus is on brand building and storytelling — developing a brand’s identity from the inside out and ensuring every visual, message, and experience aligns with its purpose.

We specialize in working directly with CEOs and Founders to bring their ideas to life — bridging the gap between imagination and execution. I take pride in how personal our process is. We don’t just design or market; we build legacies through strategy, production, and storytelling that reflect who our clients are at their core.

What sets us apart is our ability to balance art with analytics, creativity with clarity, and innovation with intention. Every campaign we take on is a reflection of our belief that storytelling is the heartbeat of every great brand — and that’s the space where we thrive.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Life makes me happy — and the constant pursuance of purpose. This year alone, I’ve had the opportunity to experience more life than I ever imagined. The journey, the lessons, the people, and the growth have all reminded me that happiness isn’t about perfection — it’s about alignment.

J.A. Creative Industries, what I’ve built, and the legacy I’m pursuing are what get me out of bed every day. Creating something that inspires others and continues to evolve alongside me brings me a deep sense of fulfillment.

There’s no such thing as a perfect life, but I’ve learned that I can create one that’s perfect for me — one rooted in peace, creativity, and purpose. To me, happiness is living a life I’m proud of, one that sets the tone for healthy living on my own terms.
