Italia , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m a 26year old plus size influencer and inspiring actress who has faced my fair share of hardships, but I’ve turned those challenges into fuel to help other women live better lives. Through my journey, I’ve learned to embrace my body and my experiences, and now I use my platform to inspire confidence, self-love, and growth. I’m all about creating a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered to be the best versions of themselves, no matter where they are in life.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Last year, at just 25, I had a cancer scare and had to get half of my thyroid removed every was normal and benign I’m grateful but It was terrifying, and on top of everything else I was already dealing with—being judged for my size and managing diabetes—it felt like life kept throwing me curveballs. That experience shook me, but it also reminded me how important it is to take care of my health and keep pushing forward, no matter how hard things get.

I’m a plus-size influencer who owns a health and wellness store, offering a range of products designed to help others on their journey to better health. I also create recipe eBooks to make meal planning easier and more enjoyable, especially for those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. On my YouTube channel, I share my personal weight loss journey, along with glimpses into my daily life and tips for living a healthier, balanced life. My goal is to inspire others and show that wellness is achievable for everyone, no matter where you start.
What matters most to you?
Family because with out my family I wouldn’t be able to go on I love them a lot and I’m a family person
