Check Out Claudia De La Rosa’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Claudia De La Rosa.

Hi Claudia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my business on 2008. I wanted to sell cute stationeries for cuties to buy. Then my mom encouraged me to make my own goods myself. That’s when I started crafting and started to make handmade accessories. Then, later I met a cutie named Miki who was an artist herself she encouraged me to start drawing so I did and that’s how it begin to grow. And now, my art is well known in the j-fashion community. I have been feeling very blessed ever since.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not really. It had been some bumps in the road. But I learned more when I got older. Now, I take my shop seriously and just try to make the best of it. I’m always learning. It’s okay to make mistakes, that’s how you grow as a business owner.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m basically the CEO of Kawaii Goods. I do all the advertising, shipping, manufacturing and most of all social media. I’m just one person. I’m well-known of making cute fuzzy accessories and cute dreamy clothes. I’m very proud of making my vision come to life such as my star ita bags, plushies selling out quickly. I was very impressed of how much love they got. I hope to make them again in the near future.

What sets me apart from others is that I have always been consistent of making my own things unique. My art is very well known from the j-fashion community. So, that’s how I can tell that people love what I do. And have been grateful to be in that community of creative cuties who encouraged me to keep going and I thank them for that reason.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
When I collaborate with an artist or content creator. I ask them to be part of my collab. It also depends on what we are gonna work on.

But, I have worked with incredible people that I collab with. And I feel grateful that they are part of the Kawaii Goods family. Love them all!!
