Today we’d like to introduce you to Christina Teh.

Hi Christina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was fascinated by permanent makeup industry in 2014 and joined several training school to learn a specific technique called microblading. Microblading was very popular at the time but not many places teach the technique well. After my fourth training school was when I finally understand the secrets to creating beautiful natural brow. I combined all the things I learned and created my own techniques and design. Two years into the industry, I became the Elite Master of Microblading working for a PMU pigment company and started training master class in LA area. Students from various countries such as Vietnam, Japan, Thailand etc, came to visit and trained in the master class I created. Soon after I was invited to various countries to train Microblading Master class worldwide. During covid, I was not able to continue to train so I took this time to develop and source for my own product and started Global Permanent Makeup Academy and Clinic. This will be my second year into my own business.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I worked very hard to develop a natural realistic hairstroke brow and able to satisfy both female and male market. The initial struggle was perfecting the technique and now is trying to run my own business. I have worked for the biggest PMU company whom have presence worldwide and now developing my own entity locally do present some challenges as the PMU industry is already at its peak.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I love making female of all ages look beautiful the minute they wake up and still stay vibrant before bed. Creating the most natural brow that they feel as if its their own boots confidence in all gender and race. From brow to eyeliner and lips, all can be done to enhance individual’s beauty and save individual’s time every morning. I am proud that I not only can enhance people’s beauty but also bring confidence to those in need. Recently gave a men a new brow and he was so happy with he’s new look. It was so natural that no one could tell he originally had no eyebrow. I can help put confidence and happiness back into people’s life.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I have always been independent and since i did not think I was beautiful, I lack self confidence. I have always look for ways to make myself look better so it developed my interest in beauty
