Check Out Aurora Persichetti’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aurora Persichetti.

Hi Aurora, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I’m Aurora Persichetti, a 25 year old transgender woman beginning a career as a haunted attraction designer and Adult Film Entertainer. Haunted houses always intrigued me from a young age. They’re like if you take a Disneyland ride, rip out the track and sprinkle live actors throughout. I used to make fake rides in my room as a kid, then moved to the living room where I’d perform plays with my best friend while forcing my parents to watch, shortly after that led us to the garage (the first stage of MHP). MHP A.K.A Murder House Productions started as a small home haunt for fun. Located in Thousand Oaks, CA up in the hills. I was extremely bored and needed an outlet of some kind. “Haunting” (the act of making a haunted house) was expensive and I hated working. I thought what can I do to be smart and make money without spending money and using what god gave me… That’s when conveniently my best friend at the time opened me up to the world of Adult Entertainment.

I started booking professional shoots and right when I got the checks I would run to the bank and run to Home Depot to buy supplies for my haunted house. At the time I was only about two years into my gender transition from Male to Female and struggling with my image and confidence. It was an extremely empowering wake-up call that made me look in the mirror differently. I even got nominated that year for BEST NEW FACE at the Trans Erotica Awards so I felt proud to be noticed and celebrated as a trans woman for the first time. As time went on OnlyFans became a platform that gained attention mostly during the pandemic. I jumped on board and instantly became self-sustainable in months. I was able to move out of my parent’s home, rent my own apartment in Los Angeles and also eventually find a commercial space for Murder House Productions. Haunting is my passion, my hobby, my outlet to express my art, it’s a combination of everything creative I love.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I’ve always been in my own lane, not caring about other people’s opinions, however, I’ve been judged for doing what I do by many and it does sort of isolate me into my own world. OnlyFans is so criticized and people make assumptions about models who make a living from it. It’s tough sometimes because yes at the end of the day I am making content that is selling my body and some see that as demeaning. I don’t judge myself the same way others may. Money runs the world and I think if you find a job/avenue that makes you money without breaking your back or sacrificing time then do it. If it means you can create your art and heal that part of yourself, then stop listening to everyone, work smarter and screw what they think.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Murder House Productions started in 2016 as a simple two or three-night home haunt at the end of October. We grew up from a home haunt in 2020 and since then we’ve continued to do solo haunts on our own as well as branched out to collaborate with other haunts/experiences and use our talents elsewhere in Los Angeles. Our haunts are fast-paced dark-ride experiences with expert timing in lighting, sound, scares and incredibly detailed environments. All of our haunts have a consistent quality of professionalism and presentation. We use industry quality techniques and control systems to run everything and are constantly compared to Halloween Horror Nights/Knotts for our approach and execution. We are, as of now, the only pro haunt in Los Angeles proper, as we are located Mid-City/Arlington Heights.
