Today we’re excited to be connecting with Arthur Romeo again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Arthur, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
I am Arthur Romeo I’m a multi-hyphanate from Hollywood and I have been working in a professional capacity for the past 20 years. I am visual artist, a teacher, a director stage/film, a, animator, a puppeteer, a voiceover artist, a caricaturist, and a professional pumpkin carver.
I believe having a strong grasp on all of the crafts that I do set me apart quite a bit in this industry, because of how eclectic all of my outputs are.
Ever since I was young I had a voracious need to be creative. And so I started with drawing all the time and quickly I was creating characters and stories, I would read the daily comic strips from the newspapers and read out loud all the characters. I was slowly putting together the building blocks of a future career in media and storytelling.

Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Since the last time I interviewed with you good folks I’ve continued to do quite a bit of voice over landing some big roles such as Pelleguarde from Seven Deadly Sins and Eggman the villain of the Sonic series in the popular YouTube channel Deathmatch.
I’ve been directing plays, I played a part in a movie called “Mid City Dreamers” that’s being released in 2025 I play a really cool character named Snow Blizzard.
I am proud to say I am part of a producing team for an fun educational puppet show series called Dweebo that has been released on YouTube in January of 2024
We had quite a bit of success at the Carved Halloween festival. I was one of the lead artists there and our crew wowed the audience with our dazzling array of pumpkins.
On the sad end of things I had a terrible breakup with somebody I thought I was going to marry, its a tale as old as time. I’m sure many people can relate. During that time I buried myself in my animation work and completed a couple of Animation projects this year.

We have now arrived at one of our favorite parts of the interview – the lightning round. We’ll ask you a few quick questions to give us all some fun insights about you.

  • Favorite Movie: I always have to give this one to Scott Pilgrim versus the world. Big ups to Edgar Wright, who I think has never quite fully gotten his due.
  • Favorite Book: This is a very hard one but if I’m giving it to the one that is my all-around favorite books, it’s probably Anansi’s Boys, which just came out as a comic book series by Marc Bernardin, but I have to give a special recommendation for Ready Player Two which has one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced in the book ever that involves a planet based around the artist formerly known as Prince!
  • Favorite TV Show: Arrested Development!
  • Favorite Band or Artist: Smashing Pumpkins and Aimee Mann
  • Sweet or Savory: BOTH!
  • Mountains or Beach: Probably the beach, you can’t really beat either tho, right?

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
The thing that I want people to remember about what I do is that humility and creativity can be a very beautiful blend and as we move on in a world like this, It’s important that artists take their powers and try to help heal the world the best they can. If you’re any type of artist usually your work outlives you and it provides solace, inspiration, mirth and self reflection to untold millions. As an artist myself I try to remain ever vigilant and conscious of how I wield my craft and how I put my artistic messages out there. I hope that is something people can see and also possibly absorb.
