Today we’d like to introduce you to Andra Gheorghe.
Hi Andra, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My sister and I have been passionate about animals and drawing since our childhood, Growing up, we pursued careers in the arts and design field. After years of experience as a graphic designer and illustrator, we decided to combine our skills and love for horses into our business. And that is a very quick story of how Horse On The Loose started.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has been a bumpy road but that is also how it is when you are riding horses: ups and downs, with big rewards if you keep going. One of the most challenging aspects was the product manufacturing side and finding quality materials.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Horse On The Loose is the product of two sisters. I am a graphic designer, with more than 10 years of experience in the advertising industry. I have worked on various projects from branding and packaging to web, motion graphics, etc. What I love most is to design for the equestrian community. My sister Roxana is an illustrator and she creates art mainly for movies but also for private clients. I would say she likes to illustrate horses the most, but her second passion is to draw rabbits.
What makes you happy?
Riding horses, going to equestrian events as a vendor with our Horse On The Loose brand and meeting people that share the same passion as ours.
