Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexis.

Hi Alexis, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started as a hobby I did for fun while I’m vacation and hanging with friends. Taking photos of where I’ve I traveled and events with friends. One day a family member asked me to capture their special day, shocked and nervous I accepted. Where I then took my first official event, my family members big day! I was immediately in awe of how beautiful wedding days are and the pure emotions of that surround you. Witnessing vows, ceremonies and speeches was so fulfilling. I then delivered their gallery and they love it. Telling me how are you not doing this as a living.. where I then thought maybe I can do this. I saw it as fun hobby I enjoyed and never my career. I started with families and engagements, now I’m a full time wedding and lifestyle photographer!! How my world has changed, I get to truly enjoy what I do for a living. Who can say that? Blessed beyond compare and forever grateful!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Was not a smooth road, people have to believe in you capturing their big milestones and memories. Had a lot of inquiries and no bookings. But you will find your people that love your style and work and it will be so fulfilling.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a photographer and specialize is wedding photography. I capture your your engagements and big days! I’m know for feeling emotions through my photos of your wedding day and moments. I am so proud of people appreciating my eye and love for your big and small moments. Words from clients make my heart melt and emotional. I would say what sets me apart from others is that when you hire me I’m not only your photographer, but your forever bestie. I will help you with your dress and veil and hype you up the whole time. I am a true to color Photographer and feel is what reels my clients in. A true to the eye look and beauty of your moments.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
That in my career you never stop learning, it is a constant learning career. There is always a way to be better and different style to create and be artistic.
