Today we’d like to introduce you to Lindsey Davidson.
Hi Lindsey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started when I got laid off at the onset of the pandemic last year in March. I was cooped up in my house with my then boyfriend (now fiance) and our two big dogs. We both got covid and couldn’t leave the house for a month. I started dying old clothes to keep myself busy and posted it on Instagram – people seemed to really like it, so I decided to start a business. It is evolved so much over the past year – I am now solely focusing on custom vintage denim.
I always loved denim and I find so much joy reworking vintage jeans and giving them a new life! I will be doing shorts, jeans & jackets to start!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not – starting a business in a pandemic with no real business plan was a definite challenge. However, as I tried new things I have been able to focus on a niche that I am really passionate about! The best advice I was given – was to narrow it down. Start small, well in my case taper it down!

I now specialize in custom vintage denim! We are a one stop shop for you to create your perfect pair of jeans., shorts and jackets! We offer custom embroidery, dye & tailoring!
What are your plans for the future?
I love the idea of creating custom pieces, so I would love to continue in that direction! Knowing that it is a one-of-one makes it special for both us and the customer.
I would love to partner and collaborate with other brands and influencers that share the same creative vision I do! Creating a few pieces with a limited edition drop would be a dream!
