Meet Mhair Zeitounian of Reload Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mhair Zeitounian.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My passion for the entertainment industry blossomed during my time at USC where I studied Communication. After graduating, I worked at CESD Talent Agency for three years – I got my training here where I represented actors for TV and Film. With the digital industry emerging, my career took a turn into management where I could be more flexible in terms of adjusting to new business practices. After one year at Zero Gravity Management, I started my own company, Reload Management. I continue to offer top level management for talent in both the traditional and digital markets.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely was not smooth. I quickly realized that the entertainment industry is extremely cut throat and you need a certain level of strength to survive. Starting out, I put in my time by hand delivering complicated cappuccino orders to bosses with a smile. Then I learned to deal with various personalities out of necessity – there is a lot of psychological game play in this landscape.

Launching my company Reload Management had its’ own slew of difficulties. Starting a business at the age of 25 seemed daunting but the key was staying calm and collected. My moves were strategic. I celebrated my company’s three-year anniversary just a few month ago.

Please tell us about Reload Management.
My company represents exciting talent in both the traditional and digital spaces. Reload represents actors in television and film, in addition to digital-native talent that thrive within their individual ecosystems. My company is best known for breaking talent – the term used to develop talent to get them ready for success in the entertainment industry. Reload Management also stays ahead of the curve and has acute knowledge of emerging trends – tools that are necessary for the overall trajectory of its’ clients’ careers.
