Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Umeh

Stephanie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I played college basketball at Cornell University and later pursued a professional career overseas while earning my master’s degree in Human Rights Studies at The London School of Economics. My dream was to continue playing professionally and use my education to advocate for marginalized communities, but before I went overseas, the Lord told me that I was called to preach. Initially I hesitated, clinging to my vision for the future, but after returning to the U.S., I sensed a deeper spiritual calling that I could no longer ignore. Earlier this year, I launched my social media pages focused on spiritual education, and they quickly gained traction. There, I teach about the workings of the spiritual realm, the sovereignty of The Lord Jesus Christ, and the truth that we are all vessels through which God seeks to transform our world.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When I first launched my spiritual education social media pages, I felt quite apprehensive since I had never been a heavy user of social media. With the support of a close friend, I was able to set the pages up and confront my fear of sharing teaching videos with a wider audience. Initially, it was frustrating to see low viewership, but the Lord urged me to keep posting consistently, promising that it would eventually take off. And sure enough, it did!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run a Spiritual Education social media platform on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok under the alias @thestephumeh. On these pages, I teach about how the spiritual realm functions and explain the lesser discussed truths about the Kingdom of Heaven for ease of understanding. There are many Spirituality/Christianity based platforms out there, but I think what sets my platform apart is that I teach about the spiritual realm as it is situated: a realm where two kingdoms are established; the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness. I explain how both kingdoms desire to establish their government in the earthly realm through human vessels who work in partnership with either kingdom, knowingly or unknowingly. I hope to raise awareness about the importance of recognizing that if we want the world to reflect the goodness of God, we must be willing to serve as vessels through which He can establish His kingdom.

I have studied extensively under great teachers like Apostle Arome Osayi and Derek Prince.
