Today we’d like to introduce you to Charlotte Negron
Hi Charlotte, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’m Charlotte, the founder of Girl’s Girl Social. I started this community to provide a welcoming and approachable space for women to connect and cultivate meaningful friendships. I know how challenging it can be to find your people, especially in Los Angeles, so I wanted to create an inclusive environment where women can come together, support each other, and celebrate the beauty and power of female friendship.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road, but I think that’s part of the journey when building something meaningful. Some of the biggest struggles I’ve faced is overcoming self-doubt and navigating the fear of failure. It’s easy to second-guess yourself, especially when you see so many amazing communities doing cool things. I’ve learned that there is enough room for everyone and we all bring something unique to the table. Rather than seeing what others are doing as intimidating, I am now inspired by it. I am a strong believer in collaboration over competition, bringing people together, and supporting each other. It is so important to stay true to the vision and purpose behind what we are creating.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in bringing women together and facilitating meaningful friendships and I’m incredibly proud of the approachable, welcoming and inclusive environment we’ve created. What sets Girl’s Girl apart is that the connections made at our events carry into real life, and blossom into lasting friendships. Another key aspect of our community is our authenticity. There’s no pressure to present a “perfect” version of yourself, allowing members, including myself, to connect genuinely. It’s truly special to see these relationships grow, and I feel honored to have created a space to nurture this.
What’s next?
I’m excited to continue growing Girl’s Girl Social! I have a variety of events in the works, including fitness classes, holiday gatherings, crafting meetups, community walks, wellness experiences, and more. I’m really looking forward to everything that’s ahead. In the future, I’d love to explore the idea of hosting retreats, but for now, my focus is on expanding the community and continuing to foster deeper connections while bringing women together in meaningful ways.
