Founded in 2019, Hibachi Queens quickly became an industry leader known for its spectacular show along with the highest quality ingredients. Great story about 2 immigrant women just pursuing their dream in the land of the free. Dominika/ one of the owners came to the USA 10 years ago, following her brother & family. Guadalupe lived in Long Beach her whole life. They both all their lives dreamed of owning a business. For the longest time they both were general managers in world-known restaurant, before they both decided to pursue their dream and take a plunge. Our goal is to bring people together over an amazing meal and create memories to last a life time. It is this very passion that continues to inspire The quality of our ingredients, staff, creativity, expertise, and dedication is unmatched.We are a full-service catering company, whether you need a buffet for 500 guest or a three-protein course for 25 guests. Our clients our are first priority and we promise to work hand in hand in making your vision come to life. Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely no, the road to the success reminds us of rollercoaster. You will never know if it will be going up or down. But we wouldn`t change it for anything. The main difference that set us apart from other business owners, is we kept pushing, We believed in that business and never gave up. There was unlimited, and still is amount of trial/errors we get to see on our way but we keep going foward. When we face challenge, we ask ourselves what can we learn, what could we do differently, how can we make it better, then we get back on the road and we are back at it.

Any big plans?
We do have a bunch of plans for the future, opening our first small restaurant is one of them! Who knows what else future holds for us?
