Today we’d like to introduce you to Dustin Ross.

Hi Dustin, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Colorado, went to college in Boston, India and Ecuador, lived in NYC for twenty years and then moved to Los Angeles five years ago. I’ve been interested in culture and technology for as long as I can remember and it has organically informed my evolution as an entrepreneur.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Spending two decades hustling in New York taught me that hard work does reap benefits. Working smartly is even more important. Hard, smart work is the key to success.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Afterparty came to be as part of a pivot for our live events company StudioBooth. When the pandemic hit and our live events work ground to a sudden halt we worked quickly to create a new company building on our past strengths. The idea was to be able to provide the same kind of custom service that we had been doing for a decade in the live events industry but apply it to virtual events.
