Today we’d like to introduce you to Earl Castro.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve always been spiritually and intuitively inclined. But, as a teenager entering my early twenties spirituality and following my intuition lost its priority in my life. In 2012, I became severely depressed and suffered from crippling anxiety. This led to a lot of self-medicating through alcohol and drugs. I essentially lost my will to live, only to later discover that it was igniting something else within me, a reawakening to my intuition and spirituality. Since rekindling that spark in 2014, I have been on a spiritual journey back to myself to rediscover my passions, to find happiness and love within, and to ultimately heal myself. I began practicing yoga, which leads to deepening my spirituality through meditation and sound healing. In more recent years, I began seeking guidance from other holistic and spiritual healers and discovered Reiki.

This modality taps into the universal life force around us to heal ourselves and others through the energetic body. I was also drawn to divination using Tarot and Oracle cards for introspection and reflection, which has helped to bring up shadows and traumas within ourselves that need to be healed. Within the last two years, I have been compelled to share my gifts of healing with those seeking guidance and healing and shed some light on those who are just awakening and beginning their spiritual journey. I’ve strongly felt that if these modalities have changed my life and given me a new perspective, I know there are others who can benefit as well. During quarantine, I manifested Four Healing a Holistic Energy Healing Service, that is a unique intuitive experience that combines Yoga, Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Oracle Card Readings.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
This road has definitely not been smooth, and it is definitely the road that is not that often traveled. Healing and dealing with traumas is a messy process that sometimes my people put off their entire lives. Spirituality and healing is a journey that once you begin, it is never-ending. Even though the road seems smooth now, I know things will come up that I have to be dealt with head-on, and if not they may reappear again to test me. There are days where I still struggle with my purpose, identity, anxiety, and depression, but what the smooth parts of the road has taught me is that I am equipped and more than capable to move through those emotions and lower vibrational energies.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Four Healing is a one of a kind Holistic, Energetic, Spiritual Healing service. Four Healing combines the modalities of Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Oracle Card Readings. Traditional energetic healing focus on one modality, what I offer is unique in the sense that you experience different modalities to facilitate healing. Each session is unique and one of a kind in the sense that no two sessions are alike, and the modalities used are intuitively chosen depending on the needs and goals of the client. Each session is tailored to the client. What I am most proud about Four Healing is the authenticity and integrity of my work as a Healer. You won’t always get love and light from me but you will always get what you need. I identify heavily with the wounded healer archetype which can be summed up as I’m still healing and going through my human experience, but that makes the energy exchange between the client and I that more real.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
If I could recommend one book and app to anyone the book would be, The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo and the app would be Eternal Sunshine. The Alchemist was the book that I found during my darkest time and it gave me a new set of eyes to view the world. Eternal Sunshine is an app created by the artist and poet Londrelle, it has everything from daily inspiring messages to full-blown meditations.
