Exploring Life & Business with Christian Pace of Harcourts Signature Properties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christian Pace.

Hi Christian, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started my journey back in 2015 after graduating from high school. I immediately got a job working at Sam’s Club. I attended Riverside Community College(RCC) as a full-time student, while going to school I had a few interests. Musical engineering, law, and business. Like most people, I was trying to find myself. Being an 18 year old, I was scared and confused my passion in high school was playing basketball. The reason I attended RCC was to be able to play basketball while gaining credits to transfer to the University of Southern California (USC) for both music and business. Business has always been my number one focus I set my mind to mastering the art of business in any field I decided to take part in. In the year 2017 at the age of (19) I was in the midst of having my first and only child at the moment after figuring this out I decided not to go to USC due to the conflicted schedule of being there for my son and the demanding schedule of basketball and studies.

Ever since the year of 2014 a best friend of mine and his mother inspired me to get my real estate license. She would always say I have the gift of gab and I would be phenomenal in the field. Due to me expecting my son’s due date in March 29, 2017 (5 days) after my (20th) birthday March 24, 1997, I decided to enroll in the field of real estate. June 2018, I became licensed at the age of (21) and have not looked back since. My business partner and best friend Wali Rahman has been helping me build since our first “failed” open house that only my parents attended. After the open house, Wali and I sat down and came up with a few business ideas, today we have launched MASSIVE IDEAS with a large pool of entertainers, athletes, and more. Wali has created all of my content from Youtube to my fully detailed Instagram: @Christianpace and more!

Our goal is to create an amazing brand in real estate and videography/photography and change the game representing athletes, entertainers and more by building real estate portfolios. My next major goal is to acquire my real estate broker’s license(currently studying for it). Once I receive that I will open my own brokerages with Wali while we have the best agents/photographers and dominate the states of CA, FL, NY. I WILL BE THE BEST, I would love to help anyone create their portfolio in real estate and it is truly my passion! God works in mysterious ways, after I walked away from my prior “dreams” I am now back being able to help athlete, entertainers while full filing my business dreams all in one! Not bad, I must say for not knowing what I wanted to do in the beginning…!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not an easy road at all! There has been many people who have doubted us multiple times, they have told us that what we are doing is a waste of time. Or many people have said that “the people who you are targeting already have real estate agents and photographers.” This is what we have been told multiple times. Wali and I have never let anyone get us down, we totally understand that many people who do not have a vision for themselves won’t believe in the vision that we are set out to create either. One thing that I want EVERYONE reading this to know, you can do ANYTHING as long as you work and manifest it. It may sound cliche but I know this is true. Follow your dreams, follow your heart and protect your vision.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I want everyone to know that I am currently associated with a real estate firm in Laguna Beach called Harcourts. Real Estate has created more than 95% of millionaires/billionaires in the world, real estate is the largest business base in the world. With Harcourts, I am one of many agents within the brokerage, I specialize in real estate transactions, contracts and negotiations. What sets me apart is I always put my clients first, I am very caring and charismatic and I have a world full of humor. So I love to joke and make people laugh and feel appreciated and I won’t sleep until I have my clients taken care of. Many agents are content and complacent with making $100-$200k a year and being average. I want to reach the stars and represent the absolute top tier players, entertainers, and people in general in the world! I have never met another agent besides myself who wants to start their own brand, brokerage and firm from scratch and put everything on their back and on the line to win and for his team to win. Like I always tell people, I am not a boss, I am a leader. No one works for me, they work with me and if anything, I work for MY TEAM.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
Yes! Please take care of your clients, learn the contracts in-and-out. Once you learn this, you need to continue to learn daily, read and continue to educate yourself. I wish I would have known what questions to ask and who to ask at the moment. There is no bad questions to ask at all. The main thing is the money will come AFTER you perform so perform at your max at all times.
