Today we’d like to introduce you to Morgan Pasco.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Morgan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I had a Cinderella story. I started real estate back in 2001 in a small boutique company called Landmark where I sold 20 homes in my first year. In 2004, I took an opportunity to invest in the Keller Williams Westwood office. In 2006, I had beautiful triplets (I never took a day off of work, my delivery room was filled with flowers from clients) and in 2009 I co-founded the company Red Real Estate at Keller Williams. Red Real Estate grew to a peak of 100 sales within 2013 at which point I decided to open up my own company – Morgan Real Estate Group. We have grown to 15 agents in the last two and a half years and have done over one hundred million dollars in sales. We are slowly growing and developing our team with skilled professionals. Our real estate consulting firm takes the holistic approach of working with buyers and sellers to build their real estate portfolios.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My main struggles were slowing down to figure out what was most important aspect in creating the company. The tag line went from “changing the world through real estate” (way to big a picture) to ‘changing lives through real estate.” Another challenge would be managing the balancing act of being a single mother of triplets and business owner, the life/work balance is an ideal I practice daily.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My fondest memories were growing up with 24 kids at my house every day. My mother has had a daycare at her home since I was two years old, and I remember always having kids to play with and pretending all those babies were my little students that I got to teach and play with. It was a home full of energy and all my friends were over all the time. We also traveled on the weekends to Palm Springs and Lake Arrowhead. I participated in many sports, including ice skating, dance, and swim team. From all of those experiences I feel like I have become a very well rounded individual that is not afraid to try.
