Meet Halle Keeth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Halle Keeth.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I spent a lot of my life moving around from Cleveland, Ohio to Houston, Boise and now California! I have always loved filming clips of my life! My family, friends, myself. All the good moments. I loved making highlight reels of my summers or my year in general. I started making youtube videos around 4-5 years ago! I eventually stopped around the time I booked my first wedding! After I got that opportunity, things started to pick up for me with shooting weddings! I also started gaining more of a following on Instagram and realized fashion posts, and filming weddings was my JAM. I fell in love with it all, and that’s kind of where I’m at right now.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not always smooth sailing! Building your business or just a following, especially in these past 3-5 years is extremely difficult, especially because it seems that everyone is trying to do it nowadays. I think the biggest struggle is never giving up even when you’re not seeing the results you really want. It has taken me YEARS to even get what I have now, and I’m still nowhere near where id love to be. I think that’s what separates those who end up being successful and those who don’t though. I won’t ever give up just because I don’t have as many “followers” if I did then what was all this effort for.

Please tell us about your work.
So aside from my main account @hallekeeth, I have my business account @momentsbyhalle that I actually started only a few months ago now, but I have been filming/shooting weddings for about a year and a half. I think what might set me apart is how connected I get to each of my clients. I care so much, which is one of my biggest assets but can also be a bit of a downfall in my life sometimes. When I go to shoot a wedding/event, I always take on more than what my job description even is because I feel it’s so important to make that day the best for them. I turn into their assistant all day, haha, and it’s honestly so special how much they lean on you and trust you, and it builds a good relationship.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My mom passed away when I was 12 years old, so any memory with her has to be my favorite. My home, home is in Idaho, and we have a boat and would go on the lake every summer and any memory there is definitely my favorite.
