Today we’d like to introduce you to Iza Louise.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
For as long as I can remember, I’ve seen the world through the lens of beauty, curiosity, and adventure. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to creativity, art, music, culture, and experiences that made me feel deeply connected to life. As I grew older, that curiosity evolved into a deeper search for meaning — a desire to better understand myself, others, and the world around me.
I’ve always been a high-achiever and someone who values growth, so for a long time I pushed myself hard and chased success in ways that eventually led to burnout. That experience became a turning point for me. It made me realize that living an extraordinary life isn’t about constantly doing more — it’s about creating a life that feels aligned, intentional, and sustainable.
That journey ultimately led me to the work I do today. Through sound healing and the experiences I create, I’m able to bring together everything that has always mattered to me: creativity, presence, human connection, healing, and transformation. What began as a personal path of self-discovery has evolved into a way of supporting others in reconnecting with themselves as well.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I wouldn’t say it’s been a completely smooth road, but I also believe life is naturally cyclical — there are seasons of expansion, challenge, rest, and reflection. Through it all, my innate joyful, optimistic nature has helped me move forward with openness and resilience. Even in difficult moments, I’ve always been able to see possibility and meaning, and I feel grateful that this perspective has empowered me in creating a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and truly aligned with who I am. I’ve also been incredibly blessed to have the support of my family, partner, and community along the way.
At the same time, some of my greatest challenges have come from having a big vision for my life, high standards for myself, and a deep inner calling to grow into my fullest potential. I have a strong desire for freedom, purpose, and experiences that expand my perspective and understanding of life. But that same intensity has also led me into perfectionism, overextending myself, and feeling like I always needed to keep striving toward the next level.
A major lesson for me has been learning how to balance ambition with grounded presence — trusting the natural unfolding of life instead of constantly trying to control or accelerate it, strengthening my connection to my intuition, and giving myself permission to rest and slow down when needed. In many ways, these experiences guided me toward healing work and continue to shape the way I hold space for and connect with others today.
As you know, we’re big fans of Sound & Stone Collective. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Sound & Stone Collective is a sanctuary for mindfulness, holistic health, and transformation through sound.
I create immersive sound healing journeys using intentionally curated Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® and other vibrational instruments, blending intuition, breathwork, and meditation to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-connection. As a trusted Crystal Tones® Partner for over a decade, I specialize in premium high-vibrational Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® crafted from pure quartz crystal, gemstones, minerals, and precious metals.
What sets my work apart is my approach to sound as a musically curated, storytelling experience rooted in ceremony. Each journey unfolds through flow, rhythm, and harmonic and melodic themes, guided by an intentional emotional arc — inviting participants into sound as a portal to presence, embodiment, and exploration.
My creative signature extends through every layer of the experience, from how the space is held to the sensory details that support immersion, and the intuitive, precise way I facilitate each journey. Together, these elements create a cohesive container that fosters grounding, openness, and connection.
At times, ceremonial elements such as Cacao are woven into the experience, deepening the invitation to approach life as a ritual of awareness and receptivity.
In addition to sound journeys, I offer workshops and mentorship that share practical and embodied tools for personal growth, well-being, and inner harmony. I also create handcrafted jewelry and curate crystals as part of my broader creative practice, extending the ceremonial nature of my work into tangible, everyday objects and adornment.
At its heart, this work creates a grounded yet elevated, nourishing space where people can slow down, return to themselves through sound and presence, and feel more alive, vibrant, and empowered in how they move through the world — with clarity and ease. I hold deep reverence and care for the impact this has in supporting people to live with greater wholeness and vitality.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
People can work with me through 1:1 private sound healing sessions, intimate group journeys, and corporate wellness offerings designed to support nervous system regulation and well-being in fast-paced work environments. I also collaborate on curated events and ceremonies with aligned spaces and facilitators, and offer training, mentorship, and tools for sound practitioners who are called to deepen their practice or begin their journey into this path.
Please support my work by booking a session, attending events, sharing it within your community, and referring others who may benefit from these experiences.
