Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyler Monarch.
Hi Tyler, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was living in Miami working in radio. Wanting very badly to succeed I always turned into spirituality to ground me and guide me. My friend introduced me to a Tarot Reader. From there her accurate readings got me obsessed. Shortly after getting on her nerves she said ‘get your own deck and I will teach you to read’. So I did! I ended up as an understudy for a couple of sites gaining a certificate in reading. The protocol was you gave a reading it was looked over by and more experienced professionals. If the client wanted to follow up with you they would pay. I kept getting bookings so I was encouraged to start reading professionally full time. I started Tarotstars.com and it wasn’t very accepted in society then and now tarot it’s all over. I remember some publications would not even want to mention “Tarot” I have been in business since 2006.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No. Tarot is a practice that gets attacked as “phony” or scary. Socially it can be unacceptable. I always say comes from fear or a closed mind. This art opens your channels and those experiences can very unbelievable not to mention frightening. Especially when you outgrow mentors. In addition my work is not a secure guarantee income. Clairvoyance comes with major criticism. You have to be confident enough not to allow individuals that want to challenge you. Steal your time or bring you down. I encounter a lot of people that want to prove me wrong. Going to ‘normal social events’ can be very difficult.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a clairvoyant tarot card reader. I specialize in tarot I also work with a crystal ball. What sets me apart is my background I had the best teacher. I spent so many years working at my craft. My crystal and me are very connected as well. Scrying is a newer technique for me. However I find it very effective addition for information.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me is loving what you do so much it isn’t work. Seeing my clients prosper to the point they do not need me anymore. Being able to have my basic needs easily met. Be in control of your own time. Most of all Happiness.
