Meet Heather Kathryn of Los Ángeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Kathryn.

Hi Heather, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started singing when I was four years old, I went to a performing arts high school in Phoenix, AZ, moved to Los Angeles and went to college for music. I started releasing my own music in 2022 and am continuing to do so now 🙂

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing worth doing is ever easy but my dream and my love for music are what keep me going. Making people care about another artist who is starting out is probably one of the biggest struggles, anyone can make music but not everyone has the passion and drive to really commit to it.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m a pop-punk singer-songwriter. I’m known for my chaos-fueled anthems. Authentic, unfiltered, and armed with riffs sharp enough to cut through the noise.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Ooo I love a good podcast but I’m not the biggest reader, I was diagnosed as dyslexic when I was 18 so it made sense why reading was always a bit difficult for me but I am working on reading more this year because its important.
